It's been a long road to get some decent strength and mass for me. I started out struggling with 95.Lol. I've always been strong overhead. Even when I was a skinny 185, I had delts.

I started with a personal trainer who was junior national SHW bodybuilding champion. To this day the biggest delts I've seen. He got me off to a great start with no stone unturned.

No doubt, it's not an easy thing to find. This guy built all his own implements and cuts my drive time for training with people who know what they're doing by 75%.Its always good finding other people to train events with.
