LOG: Epi Cycle with Trest

I am new to this so it might not be pretty.

I am logging my first cycle with Olympus Labs EPI and Trest. It is a 6 week cycle and It looks a little something like this: (I am only going to put products directly related to PH cycle)

Epi 30/45/45/45/45/45
Trest:50/50/50/50/50/50 <----- Subject to change
Ar1Pro: 3/4/4/4/4/4
TransForm: 1-2 times daily
Letro: (Ordering for stand by) Nornmally I would already have this but Trest was a late addition.
Animal Pak: 1 Pak daily (Has a little Liver support in it)
Animal Flex: 1 Pak Daily
3 Servings Fish Oil and 2 servings CLA
Fat Burner: Jym Shred
Acytel-L Carnitine 2x's a day w/ Green Tea extract/Cal-Mag x1
Zma and Melatonin at Bed Time

PCT:

Super PCT: 4/4/3/3/2/1
Nolva: 20/20/10/10/0/0
Strength: 4 Caps a day
DAA: Reccomended servings for 3 weeks
Epic (Might sneak it in here)

Bridge to Next Cycle:

Ostra + Epic

I sapce my doses out pretty even. I take EPI and AR1 w/ breakfast about an hour before I workout. then about every 4-6 hrs after that with meals. (I eat 6 times a day 3hrs apart) I will be using Trest with them and then a second dose probably 4-6 hrs later. I work in a factory so lethargy can't get on my shiznit.

That is the plan I will get some pics up soon (next week or so).

I am 30 and weigh 181lbs at 11% BF looking to Shred up and possibly do my first show locally in April. Getting with my coach in 2 weeks after this 4 week shred cycle is over to see where I am at and chart a plan of attack. I use IFBB Physique Athelte Tyrone Bell's Legion Training workouts and meal plans (I mess with the workouts some add some reps and extra on days here and there).

I'll go ahead and throw up my first post. I started taking Epi last Friday. I have noticed some new things during and around my workouts. A little bit of an increased pump, a little more muscle fullness. My Cals are at 2200 (cutting). There is a little bit more intensity in the gytm but I attribute this to placebo but hell i'll take gains however I can get them. You call it placebo but the extra weight DON'T LIE! BOOYA!!! Well about to hit my last meal and turn in about 90 min after that.
 
Well I started my day as usual with 45 min LISS. Felt ok a little run down but with caloric deficit that is to be somewhat expected. Went to the gym today for a shred focused weight session. It went as follows.

Flat Press (All sets were done with a one up and 2 down tempo and all sets to failure)
SET/REPS/REST Flat Press Close Grip Pull Downs Incline Press Barbell Cable Rows Smith Bent Over Rows
1 / 25 / 20 105 85 65 65 75
2 / 25 / 20 95 90 60 60 65
3 / 20 / 45 95 70 55 55 55

Then 3 sets of DB flyes (Regular, Incline and Decline) 25lb DB all for 25 reps/ 1 set of 30 at 30lbs Cable Flyes/ 1 set DB Pullovers at 35lbs

Next was finishing my bike ride to work. That takes 30 minutes. Also it takes 15-20 to get to the gym., You will find I am on my bike a lot. It is a 14 mile round trip everyday and makes for some great Zero Impact cardio.

I feel alright. Run down is the best way to describe it. My mind is fine but my body needs a break. Got off of early today so I will take this oppertunity to rest up for tomorrows second leg session of the week. It is another high volume day. Muscles still seem to feel fuller than they other wise would. I am just waiting on Tr3st to arive. Tracking says tomorrow but who knows. I have one cardio session left today and I think it will just be LISS again. Sometimes I will do "Signs" or "Light Poles" Just intermitten sprinting.
Also not losing fat like I would like so I am trying to adjust my post workout and meals. I am moving my lunch with Sweet potatoe and pumpkin to my post workout meal and following that with what would be an afternoon snack that has rice cakes in it. So only carbs after noon would be from veggies. I will see if that helps also I am cuttin my post Dextrose in half. From 30g to 15. Stayin on my Monohydrate to help water retention w/in my muscles do to Epi's drying out effect.

The wife brought home some Almond butter and looked at the ingredients.......Unrefined Cane Sugar <----- A no no, espically as I am eating it with my last meal before bed. SO I had to go get the right schizznit today. Well R&R time.
 
I'm in .... looks like a good cycle. Wish I had the funds to add to my Epi cycle like you have ..... at least a bottle of STR3NGTH and EP1C for PCT ....
 
Well home from another day in the rat race. Cycled home today in a 20mph head wind always a great thing after legs this morning. Well the morning session looked like this:
(Every set done to failure)(plates refers to 45lb plates on each side of leg press)
Leg Curl/Leg Extension (SS) 1 set of 30, 1 set of 25, 2 sets of 20 with a tempo of 1 up/ 2 down.
Leg Press: 40 reps 45lbs x 5plates: 30 reps at 5 plates, then 2 sets of 20 at 4 plates
calf raises 2 sets to failure.

Had to ride hard to get to work to avoid getting rained on. That was insult to injury as far as it being leg day. Also I cut out dextrose completely. I have been reading articles (Espically one from Mr. Aragon) and decided that just moving my big carbo meal of the day to a post workout meal would be a better way to go. So we will see.
NOW ONTO THE GOOD STUFF!!!!
I upped my Epi todyay to 3 caps a day. AND my Tr3st and TransForm came in along with some other great Olympus products for future cycles. Then a bonus in the form of a Conqu3r sample for my next pre workout. I am currently sourcing products in bulk to make my own. Might be cheaper might not. So I can't wait for my first serving of Tr3st. I will take 1 pill tonight....actully here in 15 minutes with my dinner. Then two rest days coming up just cardio tomorrow then taking it easy. I need it too. Man I feel like I have been run ragged. Only two more weeks of this "Shred" then I will be moving to a new meal plan. Oh which to do. Oh well time to get on with my day I will be back to report more tomorrow or later.

I've had awesome weight gain already on a clean diet and PRs in almost every lift. Only side effects are some serious back pumps and tweaking my shoulder a bit, probably from pushing some massive weight ;)

I'm loving this cycle so much I was thinking about picking up Osta (and maybe something else) and bridging into another cycle... What are you bridging into?

I am sorry it took so long to reply. My wife is gone and I took the oppertunity to get about 11 hrs of sleep. I only get about 6-7 hrs a day during the week so it was very welcomed.
So onto your question. I am thinking that I will bridge into a cutting/Finishing cycle. If I decide to compete in April I will try to set my cycle up to coencide with that. I am thinking of

Tr3st Base: 50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50
Tren: 60/90/120/120/120/120/120/120/120/120
Epi (First 6 weeks): 45/60/60/60/60/60
Furaza (2 week overlap with Epi and 4 weeks with just Tren and Trest) 250/300/300/300/300/300
Of course I am just putting up the PH cycle there will be proper ON and OFF cycle care with (AM1,Letro/SuperPCT/DAA..etc..etc)
I have to do a little more checking on the Furaza dosing to see effective levels and I am willing to go up if needed.
I am new to the game and still have to check with my trainer to see what direction I should go. I think I need to add a little chest size.

Yeah I don't blame you for grabbing the extra sleep when you can. I never slept that well but since i've been on this cycle, I feel like I'm sleeping worse.

So what all will your PCT look like in between your cycles?

I've heard pretty good reviews on a DMZ/Tr3st stack so I was considering that for a bridge. Maybe some Tren to try and keep it lean but I'm not really sure. Haven't looked into Stenobol yet.

When I hit 3 weeks left in this cycle and on into PCT I am going to add Bio-Gro from isatori read some good reviews. We'll see how that goes.
 
Don't have a lot of time to LOG today so going to hit ya with the high points. I wasn't going to lift yesterday but after watching YouTube Vids of other guys lifting. POG you're the man. I couldn't let everyone else have all the fun so I went in and smashed a chest/back routine. I am only in week 2 but I can feel the extra strength and have added 5 lbs of lean mass (according to my scale and that is on a cutting diet) So I am going to slowly begin to bring my cals up to around 3100 from 2250 and watch the gains pile on! It will take the rest of the cycle to bring my food up to where it needs to be without just dumping all those extra Cals on me. SO as to minimialize fat gain. Also every calculator I use has 3100-3200 as my maitnence level with my job being Highly active so we will see. Last time I was that high I was still cutting fat and adding lean mass so boom goes the dynomite!!! Alright y'all holla at ya later. Also since it is looking like my next stack will be for lean mass Tr3st base,Tren (possibly Derma varieties) which would be the best for lean gains Stenabol,Stenodrol,DMZ, Etc.....Thanks
 
Adding lean mass by the day. Epi at 60 Trest at 75. Getting some gainZ <---- YOU know they're big when I use a Z
 
Yeah I fell off on the log. But DAMN! Added about 10 in lean mass and all lifts went through the roof. No sides And ran Epi at 60 and 75 the last week. And Trest up to 125. Blew that **** up!
 
Besides just not. I ate loser and added some puffy ness near the end. Trying to build a healthier relationship with food rather than super strict all the time.
