I am 6 foot
210lbs 8-10% bf
Training for 4+ years
Will be taking trenavar attack from strongshopsupplements

Today is day 6
Been dosing at 40 mg a day so far.
Product started to kick in this friday I was able to put up the 90's for 6 rreps on dumbell shoulder press.been a couple weeks since I could do that being on a cut for 12 weeks.cardio and diet have not changed on bit.I do 50 minutes of cardio 6 days a week on treadmill at 3.0 mph and at a 8% incline.weight routine is mon:chest tues:back wen:legs thur:off frid: shoulders, arms sat&sun cardio days.I will not be logging day to day bit will be logging in every few days when I notice changes and weight increase or decreas.any sides or any changes in bf%
My goal Is to be around 200lbs at 6-7% bodyfat
To hold onto or increase strength
Not have to add in a ton of more cardio
So far I have noticed a increase of overall body temp

Week one 30mg
Week two 60mg
Week three 70mg
Week four only 3 days of week four at 80mg
Taking blockade cycle assist, inhibit p for proactlin help, multi vit, krill oil, vitamin c
Pct will be clom: 75, 50, 30, 25
Nolva 40, 20, 20, 20, 20
Also hot letro on hand
 
Weight from this morning is 212 seem leaner and like muscles are a little fuller of glycogen. Can see my sixth ab yoday a lot better as I have staggered abs the 6th ab is very low
 
Just got home today will be day 8 will log my chest workout.I have gone thru 3+ gallons of water today I just can't seem to quinch my thirst.I am in a car for 12 or more hours a day so pulling over every 30 mins to pee is quite much for me.diet has been going good still on same macros.has been easier to stick with since I know pack my whole days food in trunk so I'm sure to not slip up or go hungry.have been getting a little ill latley not sure if its just a bad day or a small side to early to tell.
 
Day 8:
Woke up feeling refreshed, takes me a little longer to dose off but when I do I slept well had a crazy dream last night first time having a dream in forever.will long chest today to see if I have got stronger.macros for low carb days

36oz kirkwood chciken breast

2000 cals; protein/288 carbs/154 fat/37
I do three days low one refeed day high
 
Worked chest today would have logged earlier but we had a wind gust knock down a lot of trees into houses and onto a few cars so I was out until 1am dealing with that and d.o.t's late response.

Didn't think I would wanna log workouts but def feeling I'm getting back to normal using tren attack I seen veins I usually never see until about 6% bf

Didn't get much sleep before I had to be back up maybe 5 hours tops.had a crazy dream have not dreamed in forever.woke up a little sweaty but room was cold.

Workout went decent walking to car is a total dif story.
Started to do squats and otger stuff where I don't lock out and keep xonstant tension makes a huge dif
Body temp up a lot more than usual.sweat is so much more water is not min of 2.5 gallons a day.so about 30 bathroom or roadroadside visits
Noticed my body is getting a lot tighter.weight was 212 today.should be down 3% bf by the end of this log.
Just found out my show has been switch to one in georgia so I'm offically 12 weeks out.messes up a lot of stuff but that's life.will be posting before pics and after pics up at end.so far good product better that h drol from what my buddy says who is on same dosage as me
 
Day 12 did arms and shoulders on day 11 had a loss in the family do had to workout at a small town gym.nothing to log about say pounds move.body temp is up dsily looking leaner on same cardio and diet.abs are getting defined more probally around 9-9.5 now was about 10% from what my boy told me.
 
Day13 almost halfway through. Did cardio today sweated the most I ever have.cardio is getting a little harder feel like I'm in a suana on the treadmill.
 
It went great honestly.kept power while cutting and didn't have to add as much cardio.I got leaner than I did last show and didn't need to do as much.if bulking I would use it at the end and use dmz at the beginning or stacked together.for cutting fine by itself

How was libido and sleep? I heard they both can be affected,
Also how did pct go?
 
Libido wasn't changed to much some but not bad at higher dosage I got some night sweats and trouble sleeping.appetite went down so that's good.pct went well just did three weeks and was back full throttle. I would say get two bottles and run 60-80-100-120 if you want.u can pm if u need anything
 
Hey great log. I'm thinking about doing this cycle. Would u recommend it for a first time ph user? Also at what dosage would you recommend? I know I'll probably get flamed for this but is serm absolutely necessary? Would I be OK with otc pct? Thanks!

But honnestly run tren as high as you can afford
