Low Cortisol Supplements and Cramps

So I've been on Evomuses Absolutely Abliderated for about 8 weeks now, doing two doses the last 4 weeks. I've noticed in the past week or so I've felt more tired and I'm cramping up quite a bit. So today I'm discontinuing Ab Ab to see if that's it.

Just wondering if any of you guys notice lowering Cortisol for extending time period, say 8-10 weeks, can yeild these sides?

Also was diagnosed with hypothyroidism so that could potentially play a role but the lethargy and cramps have definitely increased in the past week or two. Joints aren't terrible but I'm deloading anyway as a precaution.

Any info is appreciated

For whatever reason, nothing leans me out as well as these types of products. Abliderate Ammo, Lean Xtreme, Reduce XT... which reminds me to get more Abliderate Ammo.

I've never had cramping with any of those formulas though. Subbed to hear any insight others may have.

Yeah I leaned like crazy on Ab Ab. It might not be that, could be hypothyroidism. Just curious if anyone else has noticed since I've been on it for awhile and 1.5x the dose

Not suppose to double dose. One dose is sufficient enough

You don't want to kill cortisol. You want to lower it.

Ammo is the sh!t

I'm yet to try the others but Lean Xtreme is a solid product.

OP… have you been prescribed medication for your under-active thyroid?

A product of that nature you're using right now, I would suggest any longer than 8 weeks, and would probably only use for the final stages of dieting / prep.

Cramping is most likely due to issues with hydration. How much fluid are you consuming?

As far as the lethargy, that would most likely be attributed to the low thyroid.
Hypothyroid can cause a slew of others issues that then trigger more issues.
Are they prescribing anything for your thyroid?

Why would you not want to start your Synthroid immediately (besides about coming back from vacation)? … as it would only benefit you. Were you just concerned about possible interactions with what you're currently supplementing?

no just the recommendation of the Dr. God forbid I did have a negative reaction and I'm 5,000 miles away from home

if anyone is curious i figured out what it is.

2nd week of TTA at 1g daily. Read that's a common side so I guess that's it

I don't think it is helping that you are currently in Hawaii heat, and possibly enjoying some alcohol while on vacation?

I know when I was in the tropics last i drank less water than normal as alternative beverages were everywhere as well

Nah I dont drink at all. And I know aaronuconn bonehead move!!

I might stop the TTA but I'm not sure if its something that goes away with continued use. I'm 100% leaner too it worked fantastically

I'm gonna drop the TTA dose to .5 g. Is there a pparticular time I should dose it if I'm only taking one cap? Pre wo or pre dinner
