TRT or HRT? not the same?

I'd be very happy if I were 10-15# heavier at 8% BF ! My longterm goal, maybe for next year haha

I'm just happy I can have the size that I have without lifting heavy, due to my injuries. I can definitely use extra leg mass though since I've kinda stopped squatting and am only deadlifting + front squatting instead for legs.

I feel like I have a more athletic look right now...def not beastly or anything..but we'll see after this next cut
 
Having a tough time finding info about load time / dosages on the net. Some people recommend just using ~800mg EOD or E3D, but then I see 200mg daily is fine, but that info doesn't mention anything about loading. I'll keep digging around. I'm thinking using 200mg IM and 200mg SQ daily would be a good start for people. I'm also reading that sub-q is extremely painful and people are using a bit of injectable local anaesthetic with that.

I used a solution of 375mg/mL and used 9 mL the first week and 6 mL thereafter. You are heavier so you'll need upwards of 4500mg I think the first week.

Honestly, when I buy more, I'll be loading with 5000+mg and 2500mg/wk after loading.

I'm curious how you would personally setup a contest prep diet along with this. How would you time / where would you place the carbs involved during the day? 75g is a lot. This is the last piece to my puzzle now.

75g ain't a lot when u got T3/Clen, Androgens and GHRP's. In fact it's probably too little. That may not be ur case, but I've never seen much productivity with low carb diets. Flat. Weak. Catabolic. I just don't like it.

Anyways, pack 80% of ur carbs around peri-workout and you'll be fine.
 
Oh don't get me wrong, I only like doing low carb diets with weekly 2-day refeeds / carb loading if I have a lot of fat to lose. AAS on a low carb diet also seems to go hand in hand to keep size and prevent the flatness and loss of performance. They seem to work well together. In fact, very easy to get some gains this way while shedding a lot of fat.

I was planning on using ~100grams CHO daily during this last phase of my cut, so this is fine. No AAS though, and no T3/clen. Osta/GHRP's/AMP(ATP)/ plus a few other goodies seem about right though. I was only going to keep carbs peri-workout and will be eating protein/fat the rest of the day except at night I'll taper the fats off. I'll likely be taking most of my carbs in the evening. I'll take the l-car pre-workout then. Seems like the best time. Thanks again.

Got mine in and been checking out datbtrue's site. Going to load with 6000+mg which is about 12mL. They recommend loading with 8-15mL for someone over 210pnds. Looking forward to the next couple months.

Yes the pip hurts but it goes away within 24hrs. I usually inject into the muscle I plan to work that day.

U can actually do the FST-7 with the L-Carnitine just like Phil Heath does with his IM gear.

I like the buzz of energy and most of all, I notice my heart rate is lower and my blood pressure is also lower on the L-Carnitine. It should be a must for those running high amounts of gear.

Damn I couldn't imagine injecting 3mL's into one of my pecs, even 1.5mL bilaterally. I'm going to stick to my glute(s) for now haha..

I'm looking forward to the boost in endurance and lowering of heart rate/blood pressure. I was thinking the same as well, anyone using lots of gear would be best to include this.

Nah man just inject 1 ml into each pec then the rest in glutes or quads.

I also do this for shoulders and triceps. Triceps I use a 1/2" needle to avoid hitting the nerve. Don't wanna end up like Bostin Loyd lol.

How do your shoulders feel after the shot? I usually use shoulder pain as a gauge in the gym, telling me when I should back off or not. But if I go into the gym with them already sore... could be a recipe for disaster :ouch:
 
The muscle aches for a few hours after. If I train soon after, I only get pain from the intense pumps. I have thick shoulders though. How thick u say? About 5" of muscle tissue extends from my shoulder bone.
 
I tried it in the delts, 1cc bilaterally. Wasn't too bad. I think it just hurt the other day because I loaded 3cc into 1 glute.
