Nice goal! Mass 550 will help you get there

You know it. My goal is for a Widowmaker Squat/Dead/Bench. I'll be balanced. Widow makers are 20 reps. It's a set goal of mine to pull off especially for days where I'll be without a training partner. You an always work on volume if you plateau.
 
I'm off this week and was only able to get to the gym twice last week. I've lost a tad more bf. I'm
On the last leg of bf in my midsection. I ran sprints once last week instead of twice. I'm looking forward to going full bore picking up where I left off. I only have a few Mass550 pills but ordered two more bottle over the holiday weekend. I'll be officially finished with Stimul8 run but I'll keep this log live until after the Worlds Meet in Va Beach.

I plan on getting to 315 and catching up with Mike Rashid on the video he put out where he did the 315x100 rep marathon. It was broken up but he killed it. I'm looking to hit that same number. I look on target.

Lol..no but my 2.5 yr old sttod on my stomach yesterday while I was lying on the floor and it didn't sink. It was hard. I know I'm there. He was using it as a sprig board. He weighs about 25lbs. He jumped off 5-6 times.

I hit the gym yesterday and cpmpleted another bench marathon:

Walked out with no energy but planned out rest of week. I'm hitting legs tonight and upper back tomorrow. This is definitely a journey. My gym partner asked what the pint of the marathons were, I responded by telling him it's just a different way to approach volume and increase strength. He was able to rep 225x10x5. He has come a long way since we have been training together last year. He has helped since here to Indiana Pa.

I also remember when both my son & daughter got too big for that nonsense, and then compounded it by trying to trampoline on me when I was sleeping, or when I was not paying attention and trying to surprise me....yeah, them were the days all right :blink:

He's extremely active and killing me. I have to workout to make sure I'm still alive and well. He doesn't stop Ming or asking for stuff.

Yet I still have another one up and coming who weighs the same as his older brother but 18 months younger. It's about to get real. I'll update everyone in a few. Got to get my youngin from Daycare room.

Since Wednesday of last week I worked out one other time. I hit back for some high volume and heavy weight. I haven't been back in the gym since, so I consider it recovery. I have been overwhelmed with some personal issues and learning my new job. I have been in this new job since a 1.5 but during that time I had no freaking clue as to what was going on. I work in the drilling field as a drilling engineer. My company relocated me and I purchased a home which began to fail in some aspects, so I have been building stress over this home and job. I think I'm beginning to get back on track. I have been stressing so bad as I need to learn the job and stop stressing before I panic worse than I already have and lose my job. I'm being very open and honest. Pray for mew and my family. I have babies to take care of.

On another note I have ordered two more bottles of MASS550. They were on backorder until a few days ago. They will be here this week. When I hit the gym I'll make sure I'm focused and tune out the world. I have to stay on track one way or another. This log is continuing. I have finished the initial bottle. Based on the results, this caused me to continue on with two more. My updates may be stretched out but believe me I'm still here until after the comp. I will close this log and begin a new one. Thank you for your time and patience for those who are still with me.

Good to see you back! I hope you are in a better frame of mind, and that some of your problems have been alleviated....

Sometimes you have to step back and re-evaluate but I'm glad things are looking up and to community here has ya back Boss! Take one step at a time

Now that I'm on my grind I will revitalize this log permanently! I've been running Stimul8 for FINAFLEX! I'm going get some more STIMUL8 RTDs as a staple preworkout!

I wish but I'm 1 month into my best transformation. I'll write a review for Stimul8 and jump back on this Logan.
 
12.18.14 REST DAY. HEADED TO RIG FOR THE WEEKEND. WORK THURS EVE-MON MORNING AND OFF FOR ANOTHER WEEK.

12.19.14 GAINZZZZ. HEADED TO GYM FOR A CHEST/BACK ANNIHILATION. BICEPS INCLUDED. CARDIO TO TOP IT OFF.

So I worked out a 8 month cut along with strength gains. I realized I had more BF than o originally thought. I finally came to a realization why o don't looking everyone else. I was and still carrying a lot more than I believed. My diet with the help of ECA has been changing drastically. I want the hard shredded comp look without competing. I want to whittle down to 12%. I want to see striations. I've been working hard to eat clean & train hard to reduce BF. By June I should be ready to reveal what has been underneath, God willing and nothing bumps me off track. I'm totally excited to keep this going and compete in 100% RAW WORLDS NEXT FALL.

12.22.14 CHEST.Cardio So I'm in the gym and training thinking about the stress and exhaustion I was experiencing since coming home from the rig. A guy walks up to me in the middle of the set and asks why I didn't try out for the semi pro team. I look dumb founded because I had no clue there was one in my area. I then tell him I was interested, then I exchange info and these guys then start sending me texts congratulating me for joining. They haven't seen me yet. I have spit on the team, wow.
