Edit: GMS is a combination of glycerol (a carbohydrate) and stearic acid (a fatty acid). There are a few calories in GMS, so if you are trying to be extremely strict on your fast I would avoid it during fasting periods
How would it be any different than what's listed on Glycergrow? For an 8.33g serving it says 54 calories all coming from fat. So 6g of GMS would account for those calories. GMS is a fat correct?
Yeah, but if that's all you would be taking during your fast I wouldn't sweat it, don't have the science on hand but I'd suggest checking out leangains.com. A negligible amount of calories will not break your fast
