When baking without adding fats it will happen. If macros allow it add whole eggs or oil. If you want to keep it cleaner add a few tbsp of applesauce or pumpkin puree. Applesauce is more easily masked for taste but pumpkin is actually really good in chocolate, or with added cinnamon/pumpkin spice.

I'm pretty sure I'm fully recovered just from the anecdotal side. Balls are full, junks hanging lower, well being is high, no lethargy and decreased soreness.
