I'd love to give this a run. Im new to the forums but i know i can do a good detailed log. Im a college and student and have been lifting, dieting and using supplements for about 4 years now. I've started really getting serious the past two though.
I'm 6'1" about 195-200lbs
Training
Day1: Chest Cardio
Day 2: Back, abs
Day 3: Bi's/Tri's, cardio
Day 4: Shoulders, abs
Day 5: Legs, cardio
Day 6: rest or repeat

Diet:
pretty clean diet. mainly have carbs focused around my workout and then high on protein, veggies and good fats all the other times.

I'd like to let this product be my first log on this forum and my first experience with LG Science!

I would love to log epic. This brings to mind the clear shot preworkout. I had great success with that and hope epic will really be epic. I train 6 x per week and 2 x per week cycling class. I am dedicated bber and now over 20 year in the sport. Love the sport and keep hitting it hard even in my older days… only 35 year now..lol

ps logged for you before...but still would like to try epic ..if you got a bottle lying around!!

I love my preworkouts, and I especially love them heavy on the stim side. The profile in this looks awesome & it looks like exactly what I need to take my workouts to the next level! I'd be willing to update as much as needed, 5-7x a week. I'm even willing to post up on other forums if that'll help. Before & after pics are also the norm for my logs.

I can't read all the ingredients, but does that say 10,000mg of glycerol? Also I can't make out the first Ingredient under the 3000mg....? (Not throwing in an app, just curious)

I would love the opportunity to log this product for you guys. I would be honest and detailed. I've been off stims for about two weeks and waiting on a good product to start getting me in gear and delivering pumps, so I think id be a great candidate!

A little about me and my training. I train 6x or so a week. Divide my lifts into four different days of back/bis, chest/tris, legs, shoulders/abs. I like to do some heavy lifting as well as for reps nice variation of both. Finish my workout with circuits, HIT training and boxing, speed bag and /or cardio. I am eating clean. Currently cutting and staying lean for the summer while keeping all strength if not increasing my power lifts. Currently deadlift 1rm-445 bench 1rm- 315 squat-315.

Workout 5 times a week and a stim freak. New to the forums but can do a great log since I spend my days at work tracking and logging lab results.
