Hmmmm Quite surprised and puzzled that my bis/tris aren't sore! My shoulders are super sore from Thursday though! Hubby's making me ribs for my bday dinner! Yumm! You guys all got it stuck in my head last weekend! Thanks! ;p

Got in over 45 mins of LISS cardio at lunch. Switched it up from stairs/elliptical/treadmill! :)

Nutrition has been on point- 2nd meal was a little late due to being very busy but I actually wasn't too hungry surprisingly!

Went to see my chiropractor friend after work today and she said my hips were off bad! She adjusted me and it's feeling a little better! Hopefully this silliness will go away soon! Ain't nobody got time for dat! ;)

I slept like a rock last night! Had a hard time waking up! Haha Great workout this morning! Chest/tris are dead!!! It's crazy how different muscle groups feel when they're fatigued! Modified the ab work a bit for my back and rolled on the foam roller after my workout!

Well, my nice scenic run on the dam got moved inside. It started raining on the drive from our satellite office. I came to the gym and had to park at the back of the lot- which is no biggie except it was POURING. Needless to say- I was completely soaked from head to toe with water standing in my shoes! Lol Luckily my gym bag kept those clothes dry!
Got 50 mins of intervals on the treadmill. Didn't push into sprints- kept the speed around 7 mph to avoid making my glutes any tighter. Back is actually feeling better!! Happy happy girl! :D

Now to figure out dinner...hmmm??!!

Yumm I wish! Lol a nice rare filet sounds amazing about right now! My 13 yr old daughter, that only weight 70 lbs, can eat a 12 oz steak by herself! I need to just buy half a cow! Haha

Parents got a quarter of a cow this year. Ate so much meat haha great quality and I think they got a decent deal on it

I hear there is a night and day difference in the taste! I have a friend that buys 1/2 most every year and the price per lb is very reasonable! Just finding enough people to split it with and a place to store it is the hard part.
 
Kids wanted waffles and bacon! So I made me a peanut butter banana protein waffle (no carb) and turkey bacon. Only at 1500 calories for today so I might even add pb on top! :)
