The Crucible of Iron :head: Gaspari's Glycofuse is electrolytes & Highly-Branched Cyclic Dextrin (HBCD). Karbolyn is homopolysaccharide. Big difference. I've used both strawberry & orange EFX karbolyn, big tub of each. Both are good but Orange is better, more refreshing/not as sweet. Both are very sweet & lots of artificial dye that will tint your teeth. They make an unflavored/dyed as well, never had it. Lot of very serious local guys seem to be big on Karbolyn, but their sponsors are paying for it. VPX's CarbonX strawberry is the only HBCD I've used, but it was decidedly superior to Karbolyn, digestion-wise. It was chalkier, more like a protein powder, but it digested awesome & didn't leave my teeth/shaker dyed. Evogen (Hani's brand) has Glycoject unflavored & cherry & I THINK watermelon. Price/serving is stupid though. Trunutrition is a great option for HBCD; can flavor it however in whatever size batches you want, but Glycofuse is the cheapest/g out there now that CarbonX is done & supposedly tastes dandy.
