If you can handle the possible DOMs/joint issues from the Arimistane and X-Gels, then go for it all. 2 Caps Follidrone Pre-workout (on workout days), and 2 caps on off days (doesn't matter as far as I've tried when you dose them) 1 to 1.5g X-Gels Pre-workout, only on workout days Never took Alphamax, but I assume you can just follow the label and be fine.

OP, have you ran Follidrone solo? X-Gels? If not, I would opt for that first. But if you want to go straight into this stack, I would say go for it as I am considering it myself (with either Follidrone or MyoSynergy).

I've run Xgels before with great results. Folli and alphamax are new. Was getting ready to do my second run of Xgels and wanted to add alphamax this time. But, along came follidrone...
I have 2 bottles of each for a 8 week run. Should I skip the Xgels or go for broke? Anybody else stacking these? Suggestions? How would you dose?
Personally I would run Follidrone solo first to see what it does for you.
