**** I am currently cutting fat before I start, I am drinking 5 lts of water daily for 6 days and lowering carbs to 50 g max, then I will up the carbs the next 2 days and start the first test E injection on monday (next week) . ITs gonna be fun ! :-) BTW I may update this main post as I may make some adjustments, so I have a whole week to keep researching and update if required, so you can just come here to see if theres an update and of course you can check the pics in this same post so you dont have to search for them in the pages

Why are you replacing coffee?

Thanks for subbing bud, I want to replace coffee as I have a slight concern for blood pressure, I know that I cant stop drinking coffee and I dont plan to go cold turkey but I would like to limit my coffee intake to no more than a cup for this concern, additionaly, it is said that green tea has a lot of benefits for heart and overall health, also I found that if I drink a good cup of green tea in the evening I dont feel that I need more coffee.... I ususally drink 4 cups which I think that is not a good idea to combine with tren... specially for the insomnia that it may cause.
 
Black tea has similar anti oxidant effects to green tea providing you don't drink it with milk as that nullifies the effect.
Hibiscus tea is one of those very few herbals teas that actually tastes good, imo. It also has a positive effect on blood pressure.
The L-theanine in green and black tea has a calming effect which can mask effects from caffeine. Tea actually has more caffeine than coffee.

Illy make decaffinated expresso, which is pretty damn good.

PS I'd run the PCT for 6 weeks, overlaping Clomid and Nolva in the 4th week, (eod). Then just Nolva for 2 weeks. Maybe Torem would work as well, I don't know.
There's lot's of info on the Datbtrue forum about this PCT protocol. Well worth checking out, imo.
 
I will have to delay the cycle until april 28th :-( I got a stupid canker sore (google it if you want, is nasty, painful and annoying! ), I started having these awful sores since I was 7, I get one atleast one-2 per year!!!!! I can barely eat, train or speak.. I am doing light workouts and cardio at the moment... I will also buy more supps the next 3 weeks until I start and keep training hard.

anyways, I will also get some blood test to check my cholesterol levels and general health.... and if I can afford it a test bloodwork too, its pretty expensive here tho!.

Stay tuned. I cant wait to start :D
 
Whats up guys!, Before I start the injections I just wanted to check my overall health and had some bloodwork done to check my cholesterol, tryglycerides and all that since I will use tren, I would appreciate your input here:

Total cholesterol: 173 (range 133 - 200)

-HDL 43 (Range 30 - 65)

-LDL 109 (range 49 - 130) I am a little bit worried about this result however is within range*


Triglycerides: 105 (range 30 - 170

glucose: 97 (range 72 - 116)

everything else within range but too lazy to post :P

Any suggestions, comments? I am worried about my LDL levels only, despite the fact that is within range I think its high... will do more bloodwork once I start test, I would love to confirm how bad test alone affect these levels before I start tren, and of course while on tren I will get tested again


Note: these resuults just confirm that AAS "damage" is reversble LOL :D
 
Well the cycle started officially on monday (3 days ago). I just had 350 mgs of test as a kickstart, and will continue with 250 until I start tren to lower the test to 125. I will post the first set of pics next monday.

Not much too report right now, however, I feel extremely good, its like you turn a switch, you feel when you are on within a day! next day I felt mi libido higher, and now I wonder if I had a test deficiency... all I know is that I wish I could stay on for ever!

Havent noticed changes yet on the mirror nor my lifts, but the energy and stamina is definately improved, as a matter of fact I felt less need for coffee, so thats a good thing.

I am currently eating super clean (150 carbs max) at week 3 I will lower the carbs to 50 g) , then I will continue to upper my carbs to 150 again, and at week 5 I will lower my carbs to no more than 30 g and up my protein intake more, that way I will cut the extra water and start tren where the fun begins ! :-)

I am doing 30 minutes of cardio and circuit training at the moment, when I start tren I will start a different training method.

i recommend high carb low fat while on tren.

the more carbs the better honestly.

popcorn with no butter, bread with jam, rice, noodles, fruit....

fk off and go with your sarcasm elsewhere, arent you part of "that" forum, Ive seen your last posts, and well it looks like you just came to this forum to post in my log, pathetic! BUT THANKS FOR CARING. :P oh and i am in better shape than you
 
Guys, I want to apologize, I did not post basically anything on this log, unfortunately I had to cancel my cycle due to 3 stupid things> 1st I got an issue with tooth of wisdom for a week.... then I got sick and then I had money issues..... I had to repair my car as well, and I still need to buy some support supps and more protein, I was on test for 8 weeks, so I decided to stop pinning, in a week I will start PCT and then recycle after 4 weeks and continue the log!, I wont let these stupid things to ruin a plan that Ive been planning for a year, its been a lot of sacrifice so this log will continue in 7 weeks, and it will be the same plan, I know this is not smart but I took HcG (I need to buy more) and the time off cycle I think would be enough to recycle and keep using HcG I will test my lipids and overall health in 2 weeks, BP was always good (I just used test duh) now I am bridging with proviron to get on PCT with torem......


once I start again the log will continue :-)
