What is your definition of a hard gainer

I have never gone fasted nor do I plan on it. Not because it doesn't work, I know it does. I just have to eat or I will throw up lol

I always felt that way too. I take my thermos in the AM before and sip on 10g BCAA plus 1g L-carnitine-l-tartrate while doing so.

I can only do it because I got in the habit of waking up to take my medications 45 minutes before eating so one day I thought " why not do cardio?" And the rest was history. Haha
 
i used to think i was because i couldnt gain weight well but i was just bad at eating in a surplus. i think, now, that they are someone who's metabolism adapts very quickly. ie, i can eat 500 over maintenance and in a month my maintenance will have gone up by like 200 cals. i waas gaining on 2400 cals last year and now im stuffing myself with almost 4000 cals just to get some size. at 6' 160 my maintenance doesnt seem like it should be 3500

I'm with ya buddy. At 169lbs (5'5"), I've got to eat 3000+ to get to 175lbs, then 3400+ to keep gaining from there.

Yet, I can eat 2200-2500kcals a day and maintain the 169lbs that I'm at now, lol. IRONIC. Still tryin to understand my metabolism.
