Its a different style of training that mystery turned me onto and I am liking it. The drop sets are providing a great pump forcing muscle fatigue.

Sharing what? The Gains?... you have to earn those :banana:. As far as the program I am making it up as I go but the basic principle is to start heavy rep till failure and drop the weight down rep till failure and repeat till you are down to almost nothing.
 
Mccrew, another tool you can incorporate to increase intensity also is rest/pause, on lifts where you want to keep the weight up. I wouldn't recommend it on presses because it's tiring to get the weight into position but it's perfect for curls, deadlifts, lateral raises, pull-ups/rows, shrugs, etc. I also use giant sets as well to work different angles. There's a lot of ways to increase intensity other than drop sets although they're awesome.

Giant set complexes are great for shoulders/arms.

For example:

50 lb bicep complex:
8 concentration curls, 8 reverse curls, 8 standard curls, 8 cross-body hammer curls.

Shoulders 50 lb
8 side laterals, 8 front raises, 8 clean and presses, 8 cleans, 8 power shrugs

Triceps:
135 lb skulls to failure, then close grip bench press to failure.

Lots of ways to pump up your workout and keep things fresh so you don't get bored!

Maybe I'll do some of this business after my training sessions. Olympic lifting doesn't need much in the way of curls and bench sets lol. But, who wouldn't like some extra on the guns? ;)
 
Rest day today. My body is sore a sh!t all over. I did cardio and and core yesterday
On a side note I think I found the cause of my loss of libido in the early part of the cycle I think I was dosing my phenibut too high and it was giving me some issues I cut that out of my supplements and I have been GTG!
 
Getting those v lines that the ladies love and good striations on the sides

1000mg Stano and 45 mg Epi its about to go up to 60mg epi while staying at 1000mg of Stano I may stretch this out three weeks further for a total of 9 weeks and finish off with 60mg of M1-A, 1000mg Stano, and 50mg Ment I have so many goodies that I want to use.

Deciding is always the hardest part. If you ever get a chance, try Xcel DetX pwo. I got peach. Damn its fawkin good!
 
It's not a crazy stim product, more subtle with awesome focus
I would think so with those two nootropics in the mix. I have taken Noopept before and have read great things about pikatropin.
 
Thats what i liked about it. Not all stimmed out,but mental alertness and great pumps. That peach madness is amazing too!
 
I've been checking out the entire Xcel line... You guys really have some cutting edge stuff..
