Olympus Labs Ep15tane Perfect Stack Log (Unsponsored)

Op-epi is particularly brutal on you joints. Just an opinion but I would cut out the wide grip work you have been doing ie bench, push ups and the lat pull downs really a lot of unnecessary stress on multiple joints. The only remedy I have found for this for myself is to run a test base either dermacrine or stano or both others use trest. Which I am not a fan of.
 
Im on 2 1/2 week EP15STANE (45mg) now n have had virtually no sides at all! Only thing I can say is lethargy starting to hit me now!
 
Day 11- Friday 8pm

Felt really good pre-work out. No sides all day and felt like I had a lot of energy. Today was leg day and I didn't have any pain in my knee to start but it returned after the 1st set so I kept it light.

My knee was killing me and had to stop on the lunges. I've always had knee issues from football and being fat but I'll get through it. Just another obstacle.

No structured work out today. Went hiking with the family again this weekend, we did 6 miles on semi-rugged trails. It was really hot but it was an awesome time.

Great pump from this workout, I'm back to feeling 100% after the joint pain and back pumps. I haven't felt any sides for a couple days and I hit another PR for weight on the bench. I'm going to change up my workout on Monday and try FST-7 as suggested by Mystere3.

Your cycle seems to be going ok! You mention hiking. How you getting on with that? I'm nearly on week 3 of same cycle now & when I seem to walk a long distance my calf's are in agony! No joke they pump up like hell! Any thoughts or recommendations?

Its going good so far... Not sure about your calves, maybe taurine would help?
 
Day 14- Monday 9pm

1st day of the FST-7. I have to say the pumps I got from this were amazing. The 1st day was biceps and triceps.

I'm a little concerned with the increase in BF%, I eat fairly clean but I did eat some pizza for dinner last night. I was comparing the photo from when I started to one I took last night and it would appear my abs are not as visible. I'm going to add some cardio to hopefully reduce the BF%
 
Day 15- Tuesday 9pm

I had to change up the workout a little bit because most of the leg workout on the FST-7 used machines or leg attachment which I don't have. My knee started hurting again from the very beginning. It's weird because it only hurts on leg day, I guess it doesn't like the added weight.

Day 16- Weds

This is supposed to be my off day but I'm still messed up over this increase in body fat percentage so I decided to walk a couple miles on the treadmill. I got a mile in and my legs felt pretty good so i decided to jog the other mile. When I got to the second mile I felt like I could keep going so I went another mile. So without going all Forrest Gump that was all I could handle. My legs were shot after doing legs on Tuesday and cardio on Wednesday I felt like I was going to need Lt. Dan's wheelchair to make it into work today.

Today is Chest and Triceps.

Had any back pumps yet? Mine are outstanding I'm supplementing around 6g a day but still I'm doing back now and holy s&@t lol. Anyone else get bp bad?

I started a cycle a few weeks back and my bp skyrocketed and gave me killer headaches so I pulled the plug early. Now, I've got extra hawthorn extract that I'll use when I crank it back up. Prolly run it at 1500-2500 ed at that time.

I meant to say supplementing 6 - 8g a day of taurine. I have not experience headaches yet. I want to get some of that Hawthorne extract I wonder how affective it is?
 
I know Wicked used 3000mg hawthorn + 600 or more ALA for his bp twice and it stayed in check. Also, just reading random reviews, people that are not steroid users have a good experience also for the most part.
 
Well it won't hurt to try it for sure. Is it one of those things that are supposed to build up in your system first?
 
Yes. I believe it will initially slightly raise bp. It is one of the supps to "preload" so that the initial spike is passed

Yeah last week they latest from Tuesday till Saturday and finally went away.

I have been super loading taurine since last Thursday and now I had back pumps through my back workout yesterday.

But since have gone away!

So thank god for taurine.

I'm up 8lbs but I also went up a little in body fat%. I will test bench strength on Sunday but as of last week I was up 15 lbs on a 1 rep max on bench.
 
That's great are you feeling sore? I noticed that I still get sore as all get out the next day or so after my workouts

My upper body joints were hurting pretty bad after this workout, I had to back down the reps on the last 2 sets of skull crushers. I need to buy larger dumbells as 45lbs is my max right now.

Maybe 5 to 7 gains but whether or not it's lean mass I don't know. I need to test my BF% to see.

But strength just keeps going up everyday on all exercises.

Also have ar1macare pro but I'm worried about lowering estrogen too much and joints - already have some sore joint issues. I have organ shield also

Taurine + Glucosamine (liquid preferable for the joints) people are find the perfect cycles to very beneficial because AR1MACARE Pro combines Tudca with a potent ai.
