Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Training for today

Four sets neutral grip pull-ups to failure

Four sets of outside shoulder width reverse grip pulldown to failure

Four sets of wide grip pulldown to failure

Four super sets of meadows rows and prone db rows

FST7 single arm pulldown

Trying to squeeze as much width out of the last few weeks as possible. Thickness seems on point but any extra back width will help blend my hips more.

really working on your vacuum will help a ton as well.

My waist is 32 but it looks bigger because my shoulder girdle (clavicle) are not very long, making me look more narrow.

When I hit a good vacuum though my hips really disappear a bit

Meadows does a pull down crunch while vacuumed and it really helps. It's on his channel under the ab playlist

Meadows is cool. I respect him a lot for some reason.

His knowledge is unreal along with experience. He is one of or maybe the only bodybuilder who cones highly respected in the PL conmunity. Plus he's genuinely a great dude in my experience

You'd prob get more action if you skipped dating & went straight for an app like Grindr. That's the only reason me & superbeast are hanging out later; we found each other on it when he flew into STL :shhh:

:stooges:

I haven't read any of his stuff, but randomly started watching all the youtube crap I could find with him, & I came the conclusion that that there fella knows a thing or two. Seemed very genuine. And he has sick leg development, so there's that.

Meadows is the man....dude is ugly as fuk though lol its gotta be the mutton chops

Is the Ice cream anything like the real deal as far as texture?

I don't know - I don't eat "the real deal" ;)
it's a bit thicker the way I make it, but that can be modified simply by using more liquid in the mix, and maybe freezing for a bit longer - I guess this particular concoction would most similarly approximate a choco chip cookie dough in texture
pretty good change of pace...nothing I do regularly

I'm just looking for a better alternative from when I get that craving for junk. I'm just gonna have to give it a shot after I get back home.

Snags looking very impressive brother.

@SB I picked up a Cuisinart ice cream maker... in 30 minutes (2 scoop of Prot / 2 cup of almond milk) is like dairy queen ...

A scoop of whatever flavor protein sounds good & a bunch of greek yogurt goes a looooong way to curbing ice cream cravings. If I'm watching a movie or something at home, that or ho-made ;) kale chips (tastes like broccoli popcorn) can prevent a lot of sins.

Yum. I don't like the texture of quinoa.

it is kinda odd, agreed - but when you add veggies or even just some chopped peppers like I did here, it actually has no texture and just melts in your mouth if cooked right ... then there's always the beans you can eat along with it all, it's really good mixed up with cut up pieces of chicken

as far as micros go, this meal is incredibly tough to beat...lots of nutrition getting shoveled in

I've never had it on it's own. They have the 90 second instant brown rice packs with it in my grocery store.

90sec pack eh? :p

anyway, quinoa alone is not bad, I don't mind the texture really but it is a tad odd - but if you don't cook it right, it can be rather dry and just weird feeling..i rarely eat it solo tho, it tastes so much better when other things are added

nutritious as fawk tho - quinoa r.i.v.a.l.s sweet potatoes as the most nutritionally dense food in existence
(I cannot believe the site edited that word on me, so I had to be creative)
