I was eating plenty about 300g P, 600G C, 200G F a day, ran it twice back in the day and both times got sick almost like a small flu but I was also not running test, now I always run test as a base and orals don't effect me that way. I've gained more mass on anavar alone vs friends with test just because my calories were high, u weren't eating enough to expierence the sheer awesome size of superdrol, sucks for u, I know this because I've taken super drol in a caloric deficit as well and didn't gain much size either.

Yeah a lot of people get that flu myself included when running superdrol. I get massive size and strength gains fast but feel like crap doing it and even with a solid pct usually lose most of the gains. Seriously epi is almost as good as superdrol and I keep most of my gains.

Nobody is arguing that food is the most important element, but you can gain mass on AAS even without a caloric surplus due to increased nutrient repartitioning and nitrogen retention. You also just made a huge contradiction to yourself regarding the strength aspect as increase strength will lead to increased hypertrophy.

If it fits your macros your good to go, I feel bad for people who torture them selves with chicken, I ate 2000 calories in Taco Bell every day for a month and lost 14lbs and got stronger so that whole protein 300-400g a day theory is thrown out the window lol.
wanna know how I know it all it's all on a nutrition label.. Protein is 4 calories per gram carbs is 4 and fat is 9. So everything's broken down into calories anyways lol. And the best part about it is that it works.
