Nootropic study stack...suggestions appreciated...

Hi, I am llooking for some advice on creating an...

1) An 'optimum' short term study stack (so I would assume Adrafinal would included in this one)

2) A 'general daily stack' for general mental clarity (say something I could dose for 8 weeks before taking a 4 week break)

I have the following...

Aniracetam - 100g
Phenylpiracetam (Carphedon) - 10g
Nooppept - 10g
Adrafinil - 20g
ALCAR - 500g
Citicoline - 25g
Alpha-GPC 50% - 100g

Thanks.

If i'm not mistaken phenylpiracetam is something that should also be included in your short term stack since you build a tolerance to it quickly. I also think you can add sulbutiamine to the short term stack. Moda and yohimbe have synergy together so you can also add that to the short term stack but probably don't want to use anymore than than 2.5mg yohimbe hcl. Be careful with adra though since it can damage the liver, it's not meant for regular use.

Aniracetam, ALCAR and whichever choline source you choose may actually be more noticeable with prolonged usage. Just based on personal experience I found that cycling noopept was better for me as it made me a little irritable over time.

What was your dosing and timing protocol?

Thanks.

Avoid red meat consumption while supplementing carnatine, it can drive up the number of bad bacteria in the gut which can produce something that causes hardening of the arteries.

There is a MASSIVE threadS about this on another forum. I read them and followed their basic stack and it did good. I just keep forgetting to take them and dosing those powders sucked. The whole stack cost me $200 when I purchased them in bulk and I believe lasted 6 months or so (well most of the powders did, some lasted much longer).

I don't eat a ton of red meat but I take probiotics and always get enough fiber, so I am not overly concerned with that. But according to the study eating red meat delivers carnitine to the bacteria is your gut. The bacteria digest carnitine and turn it into trimethylamine-N-oxide. In studies in mice (correct me if there are human studies), TMAO caused atherosclerosis. I am not positive it translates to humans because the link between eating unprocessed red meat (fresh cuts) and people developing heart problems isn't incredibly strong. But it is something to consider.
