Article: Is Your Intensity Costing You Gains?

#1: what about westside. it clearly works.

#2: 5/3/1? rep PRs every workout?

#3: im being controversial. so here goes. pussies. seriously cant squat. well i guess you cant sit on a toilet, or your fat ass to a chair to eat more food, etc.

#4: again, westside.

I do agree about number 4 to a degree but I don't think changing exercises routinely is bad. People should train how they like. I would definitely adhere to principle number 4 if there weren't 18 million ppl surrounding the three squat racks we have everyday

WESTSIDE RULES.

Very good post. One of my clients asked me about this topic the other day. I will bring up points from this atrial to better explain it to them.

The article isn't aimed at highly experienced power lifters, it's aimed at people who are still learning the skills required for heavy lifting. Westside Barbell is an invitation only gym for hardcore elite power lifters. Negative comments just make you look like a wanker.

Saying "wanker" makes you look like a wanker. The article is crap and the advice it gives is garbage. Just because a person is a beginner doesn't mean you feed them shîtty advice
