I'm pumped, I'm relatively lean to begin with, roughly 9-11%, but I wanna get "stage lean" to practice not losing LBM. Estimating it'll take about 10-12 weeks
starting mine next week! graduating tomorrow, so this is my last week of no dieting. I'm gonna create my log either today or tomorrow but start the 22nd
Log's Up, although I won't be starting the BPS stack until next week, figured posting the week prior to get a feel for my training / nutrition couldn't hurt. Plus I got some Q's I'd love for the BPS guys to answer
