What's a Jefferson?

Well instead of hitting back I decided to smash some arms
DB Curls each X2 consists of 1set reg 1set hammer 20X10X2 25X10X2 30X10X2 35X10X2 40X10X2 45X8X2 50X5X2
Seated Cable Overhead Extensions 140X10X5
Reverse Grip Triceps cable press 120X10X5
standing overhead tricep extensions w/ barbell 95lbs 10X5
Reverse Curls 40X10X5
Hammer Grip Pull up SS with Dips 10X10X5

Thoughts: Well there is some magic in the bottom of that bottle because todays pump was an 11 out of 10 there is officially one last work out in that old tub and I must say this has been a very productive set of work outs my weight is back up to 200lbs while staying some what lean and I am starting to think that that tub I received had a few more than 25 servings.

What's your new goal? If I remember from some of your previous threads, you looked great at 200 lbs or were you heavier than 200? What's the most you've ever weighed and did you like that size?

My new goal is 200 but at a lower bf. I will be starting a recomp within the week the most I weighed was 230 and it was too heavy for me and my active lifestyle

With your drive and determination, I know you'll reach your goal! :)

Thank you. I just have to keep reminding my self that it is a marathon not a sprint so when ever I start to get frustrated about my progression speed I just need to switch things up and keep moving forward. But I always keep that skinnyfat 165 lb 21 year only with the chest of a 12 yo boy in the back of my mind as motivation :)

Well Today was the official last day of my Tub of Quake And I decided to do a heavy back session I have been thinking about a way to modify GVT and I think I have found a good way to do it.
Warm up pull up variations 5reps 5 sets
Lat pull downs 175X10X5 210X5X5
Seated V grip Rows 165X10X5 205X5X5
1 arm Barbell rows 75X10X5 100X5X5
V grip Pull downs 145X10X5 190X5X5

Thoughts: I really wish that my phone wanst broken because todays pump was phenomenal. Final review will come later today.

That's so awesome! Sometimes people make it look so easy, we forget that they struggle, get frustrated, and plateau also. It is definitely a marathon and getting off track is common. I keep the 221 lb chick who was constantly sick and angry in the back of my mind. :)

Final review: My first work out with out Quake was just average. For the past month and a half I have grown accustomed to taking Quake 20 min before my work out and feeling the BA tingles shortly there after. In the gym the energy Quake provided was clean and the focus was razor sharp. There was a substantial increase in mind muscle connection was deep and the stamina increase due to the high level of lactic acid be cycled out during the work out was great. The pump made me feel full yet it didnt get to the point where it got in the way of a lift, and it left me feeling that way for a couple hours. The thing that impressed me most about Quake is that the effects seem to increase in efficiency with continued use.
This is not a stimmed out pre workout. The Energy provided by Quake is clean and not jittery even on the day that I over indulged in serving size I was not shaky. My brain however felt like it was going a million miles an hour.
The only area where I foresee people having an issue is the Taste. Quake has a mild fruit punch flavor likened to a lightly sweetened Kool Aid. For me it was a pleasant flavor due to the fact that I do not like super sweet things especially first thing in the morning.
Overall Impressions
Grading factors:
-Energy-8 (clean with a lot of focus)
-Pump-8 (solid and not overbearing)
-Endurance-10 ( really aided me in GVT and cardio)
-Recovery time- 9(There were only a couple of sessions during this span of time where I had to take more than 1 day off in a row )
-Continued Effectiveness- 10 ( It got better as time went on)
-Strength Increase 9 ( I was doing GVT during this span of time and came off of a heavy cut so I had my strength rebound better than I thought it would)

And some nudes I have put on 5 lbs since I started these are am pics no pump
