Looking back, I think I also noticed tenthermo effect kick in a little later through the bottle. Interesting how it builds up.

To be honest, i was looking for somebody who already had the diet in place so we could see what DCP would do. If you are starting a new diet and all, you will have no clue if its DCP or the new diet regime.

It's not a new diet per say, I've been trying more of a recomp since my calories are closer to maintenance. But it's your call and your products, so no hard feelings bro. Thanks for even offering buddy!
