alphamine + form stanzol + erase cut stack?

I suffer from little guy complex, i been small my whole life so i always little in my mind so i never did a cut stack (i'm currently 5'10 215 lbs lol). i finally decided to do a cut stack and maybe get a 6 pack (wishful thinking). my stack includes alphamine, erase and forma stanzol by mrsupps (10 pumps twice a day). i never did a cut so i need to know what should my calories per day look like?* I was thinking 1700-1800. Also is this a good stack to cut with, if it looks like its working i'd do a 8 or 12 week cycle of this stack. By the way at night i take mass hgh to maintain that thicker look., i have a few other items laying around as well (daa, creatine nitrate, athletix titanium,lclt). I need some input on how to set this summer cut up.Wait before anyone asks yes my diet is about 95% clean alot of tuna, salmon, broccoli, egg whites.
 
What is your body fat % now and what would you like it to be? Also, what are your daily calories currently?

As for the stack, I'm not a fan of stacking a formestane product with Erase. Obviously I prefer Erase, but I would pick one if you already them both and run with that. Alphamine and Erase together though will get you on your way, but diet and training will be what ultimately gets you to your goal.

I have never checked my bf% i'm kinda scared lol. I've always bulked up wit higher carbs and high calories but i want to lean out a little then check my bf%. I think a manageable bf% would be 8-10%. My training is average (4 times a week wit 30 min of bike riding each time). My diet is pretty spot on except the a cheat day once a week. i think i could hit my goal by october maybe august hopefully.
 
Currently i try to hit the 1700 mark but i never hit it. My 1st meal is around noon.

Breakfast: 5 eggs (3 of the yolks taken out) + pepper jack cheese + 2 grapefruits + (sometimes turkey bacon)

Lunch: protein shake after workout or cottage cheese on non workout days

Dinner: 2 or 3 salmon + a bag of frozen broccoli
