[Loggers NEEDED] BPS' Combustion (2014 Edition)/DCP 2.0

1.) Age? 19

2.) Gender? Female

3.) What is your experience with BPS products? I've used BPS Vanillean

4.)Have you used either DCP 1.0, 2.0, Combustion 2012 Edition or 2014 Edition? Nope

5.) How active of a poster are you? I'm new here but would love this chance to log!

6.) Are you willing to take these product only, with an exception to staples (ex. - creatine, bcaa, multi, etc)? Yes No problem!

7.) What is your current nutrition and training routine? Training experience: About 1 1/2 years but only got serious with my lifting in the past 8-10 months. I was motivated because my cousin (he's really like an older brother to me) was really into lifting and bodybuilding and he went through a really rough time but he never EVER gave up and kept fighting. I train as hard as I do and work my ass off because of him! He inspires me everyday to keep pushing and to never give up and reach my goals!

Current Training Schedule / Protocol : Right now I train 6 days a week with one day off.
Sun: Chest/Tris
Mon:Shoulders and arms
Tues: I run at least a 5k and then hill sprints
Weds: Back and Bi's
Thur: same as Tues or I do HIIT cardio
Fri: Legs
Sat: rest day. I also train abs/core every other day.

Current Diet and macros: eating as clean as possible. Not counting my macros directly but I'm at around 1300 cals getting around 150 grams protein.

8.) Do you agree to give a fair product evaluation weekly and at the end of the log? Yes

9.) Can you post before/after photos? Yes

10.) Please provide a link to your last log, if available. Haven't done any logs on here yet but I thought id throw in an app anyways

tick tock....the clock is running down!!!

hmmmmmm gonna grab a bottle for vacation. heard good things, what's the dosing protocol for cheats / binges?

thinking a hawaiian buffet type binge lol, maybe 1,500-2,000 kcals in one sitting?

also, how does DCP stack with a GDA?

Honestly, I wouldn't dose it any differently for cheats/binges. What I would do, would be to start it a week or two before the trip and to continue dosing it daily as suggested throughout the trip. That should help minimize the fat gain from the diet while on vacation, and then you could come back well rested to hit it hard again and not have to make up as much lost ground.

As far as stacking, it stacks well with almost everything lol....

ok cool just wondering. so you wouldn't recommend say 4 caps before a meal that big? and does it take time to build up? hence the start it a week early?

Sorry for the Qs just trying to learn

start it early to train your body to burn fat more efficiently...

Male

Logged DCP 2.0 upon release, used 1 additional bottle.

Used both DCP 1.0 & 2.0

I post/update my log no less often than EOD, often daily.

Yes. Currently I only take creatine, protein, fish oil as supps. I have no plans to alter that.

Current nutrition is powerlifter clean...I eat a lot of red meat, lots of eggs, and lots of carbs from oats and pasta. I use a general macro outline, but I'm not strict by any means. I'm just getting ready to start Brian Carroll's 10/20/Life 10 week prep plan for training; next powerlifting meet is just over 10 weeks out.

Combustion is new to me, as is a recomp so I absolutely look forward to giving a fair, honest, and very comprehensive review if these 2 products.

Pics are no prob.

My DCP log won't pull up on my phone, but here's my current training log so you can see how I post/log.

Thanks for the opportunity.

I know this guy runs solid logs, and I'd be interested in seeing how these two work with a strength athlete!

Solid app!

I'm also interested to see how a strength athlete fares with this combo.

Read through this last night... well worth the read for anyone applying! Amazing results DW

I tell you what, it seems like the thermo effect does increase over time with Combustion. I seem to be randomly hot and sweating throughout the day now, just past the mid-point of my first bottle. Seeing some new veins in my quads that weren't there last week.

I can't wait to add DCP 2.0 to the mix! BTW, Dropping minimal scale weight, but feel like I am leaning out :) #winning

DW said the same thing in his log. Good to know (if I win ;) )

I saw that in his log and honestly didn't think I would feel that, as I had been taking it for a while without that effect. Yesterday that aspect kicked in. Still no appetite suppression, but the thermo effect is crazy.

I almost never get that feeling, didn't even get much from Diablo when others said they did. It must mean it's working :D
