I would consider myself an experienced lifter
I'm 39 -
6'0 ...186
Very lean- I eat pretty clean but will be adding calories
But wanting to get a harder look and add a touch of mass.
I do lots of core lifting- squats, deadlift
Anyway-- your thoughts on this stack/ possible results?
