Ending cycle and questions about PCT

I'm finishing up my cycle of Halo-plex and I was wondering if I should take Nolvadex with a Anti-aromatise (Thrust) or take each one separately for a period of time. I heard two different versions and I just want to do the right thing in order.

You can take if first day of pct with your nolva

Alright thanx for the feedback. I don't think I have any gyno since my stack was pretty basic, but being a first timer and having Nolvadex on hand, I figured it can't hurt.

Im hoping you have nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) and not the otc one

Ur telling me that noverdex isn't a serm? It says it has onea them there "SERM BLENDS".
