high blood pressure any ideas?

Currently on an npp and test e cycle. Just had my blood pressure checked and it was 153/65, seems crazy high. Ive been dealing with blood pressure headaches so 2 days ago started taking hawthorn and co q10. Was thinking maybe giving blood would help. Anyone have any ideas. Have cycled many times but first time on npp. Thinking its that thats causing the high blood pressure.
 
My doc gave me lisinopril. 5mg every day. Cleared my bp headaches right up. Only take it when on cycle.
 
Hey bigshadow. I had this prob about 5weeks ago from a cycle. Mine was 159/108. I took ALA 600mg ed,hawthorne berry 3000mg ed,upped fish oil to 6000mg ed and apple cider vinegar 1 Tbs three times per day. After 7-8 days my bp was 123/76 and has been since and im still on cycle and added another compound. This worked for me with dbol bp probs before too. Good luck. Get that under control dude.

I also took an aspirin at night.
 
I use liquid Hawthorne. Lovers my bp in minutes. Also a powder called cycle support while I'm training mixed in my water bottle.
 
I'll rule out diet I know you eat pretty clean. Cardio helps me when I see issues. Get some bloods done. Check RBC and hemotacrit. If they're high donate. Check e2. If your holding water it helps raise bp big time. When I was running eq dbol and test with a bunch of peps I held a load of water. Smoothed out bad. Cardio helped more than anything along with cutting out anything but low gi carbs. Hawthorne berry and celery seed supposedly help others, never did sh!t for me. Aspirin does work.

You running orals too?

Beast thanks for responding. No orals, was running low dose sd a couple months ago but nothing now. My head the last couple weeks had been pounding throughout the day. Diet is borderline clean. Lots of rice and chicken breast but also peanut butter, nuts, occasional junk food. Its odd because ive run over a gram before and no issues. Its gotta be the npp. Aspirin will thin my blood but will it help permanently lower my bp? I feel like ass bro, its weird.

Im gonna look into all that. Got a question though. Hawthorn and hawthorn berry are the same except hawthorn is suppose to be better right? I know its more expensive. The stuff I have is 150mg and the berry I saw was like 500mg per pill but the guy said hawthorn is more concentrated? So wondering, would say 600mg be the same as 3000mg of berry? Also did you split up your dose or all in the am?

Aspirin lower your bp till you come off. It's definitely temporary. It's worked the best for me along with heavy cardio. Don't ask why cardio works but I feel like 10x better when I do it.

What are your doses like bro? Are you holding any water? Im on 1.2g right now test tren and deca with very few issues. My bp went up over the weekend due to poor lifestyle choices... Lots of booze but I haven't gone over 75g carbs since then and feeling great. I guess try cleaning up the diet away from the junk for a bit along with some baby aspirin and see what happens?

Dont know if its dif. I got mine at walmart and no probs since. I split up doses 3 times day.

Damn 75 grams of carbs? I.would die. Im easily hitting 500grams a day. But my metabolism is crazy on cycle and I dont add a whole lot of fat. Im on 500mg of test e and 400npp. Front loaded 1 gram of test weeks 1 and 2. So you think.all the carbs might be the issue? Never thought of that. Im going to try the aspirin and cardio. Appreciate the insight beast. How you been btw?

High carbs kills me on cycle I have a tendency to bloat real bad from them.

I get liquid from whole foods. Works better than dried pill form.
 
I'm taking DMZ-15 60mg/day and Stano-200 800mg/day.

Today I was 192/89. Stage 2 hypertension.

I'm going to go to the ER later tonight.
Should I be honest with my supplements?

I'm 25 years old.

I didn't think so, so I looked it up quick. Some of the possible sides are stroke and blood clots and cholesterol issues, so I'm thinking yes it could cause heightened bp which is weird, since I've lowered water retention related high blood pressure with it, and at the doses we would use I wouldn't think so either unless you're using a lot more then .5 eod

Holy **** bro, im so glad I asked. The letro I.have is 2.5 mg per ml. I was dosing at .6 which is like 1.4mg. I havent used it in over a year or so and forgot that a half a mg was prob the most u need if not .25. It got me thinking because today I was doing skull crushers and my joints were killing me in the gym. And I shouldnt be having any issues with joint pain considering im on npp. My joints must be dry as hell. Going to drop the letro completely for a couple weeks.

I'm actually glad you asked also. I didn't think about it but I'm mighty creaky in the knees hips and shoulders. I forget how harsh that stuff is lmao

I read the right up you posted. High cholesterol is a side with joint pain and headaches. Wtf? I was basically taking 3 times too much. That **** destroys estro along with joint lubrication. I remember jbry discussing letro and warned to be careful with dosage. **** me LOL
 
That could def be responsible for part of your symptoms. I don't really think it'd account for the high blood pressure, though.

Well my blood pressure is already dropping and im sure with the combination if anabolics and too high letro. It was the issue. This morning it was 139/78. I feel a **** ton better too. That last dose I took was prob 1.5mg and that was about 48 hours ago. Seems to be clearing my system.

I have run over a gram and never used an ai. Ive run tren at 700mg a week, with no problems. Gyno is not a problem I will ever have. I only started taking the letro because my nips were sensitive and I had it. Just an idiot for taking too much.

When I did deca sten by warrior labz my nose bled 3x a day. Guessing was high bp. Started using hawthorn berry and went away
 
I would try to stay away from BP meds. That isn't crazy high but there's a lot of factors to take into consideration. What I tell patients to do is, write a list of factors of high blood pressure only the direct factors like alcohol, caffeine etc...... Then make a another list that includes factor out of your control Which means genetic,family hx, etc....

Try to correct the issues from list 1 while
Taking you natural supplements. If a week or two goes by with no relief of that headache then do see a doctor since your mildly symptomatic of the hypertension. But if you notice any blurred vision, seeing double, weakness on one side, numbness, splitting headache 10/10
Do go to the emergency room to be evaluated by a MD.

Why would you stay away from blood pressure meds? Sure some will have side effects but they're much more effective at reducing bp and ppl are only going to be taking them on cycle presumably so the side effect profile is less important.

Less important? Are bodies are meant to be taking meds for BP PRN. It's either you use or you don't. He should find out if this is his new baseline if it is then BP meds would be acceptable. This is why or society has a alternative med for everything now. I didn't research further if this was a consistent BP or just one he took after working out or after a pwo, is he stimulant dependent 4 shots of espresso in the am... ? We don't know his hx as much as a PCP would know at this time. I would want a full blood panel ran on my then try natural if need be progress into the blood pressure meds.
 
We treat BP PRN all the time in an inpatient setting. There's no evidence it's of any benefit but it is what it is.

As far as on cycle meds, I think it's perfectly acceptable to take bp meds only on cycle if there isn't underlying htn. It can certainly help for symptomatic relief. I tend to take chlorathalidone only on cycle for that purpose.

GW lowers my BP, but that is not on cycle. This seems it doesn't work this way for everybody though.
