Alphamine HELP!

I want to start taking alphamine to help me lean out before my holiday in 8 weeks!

Only thing is, for work I sit for 12 hours driving a dump truck.
Would the benefit of the fat burner still help assist in fat loss?
I usually wake at 4.30am on dayshift and 2-3pm for nightshift...
Also...

How often and how much are you ment to eat..?

What would be the best way to help get the most out of using alphamine. And help would be awesome.

1 scoop in the am & another 6-8 hours later.

After assessing tolerance you can do 2 in the am.

This will def help with keeping the energy up and cravings down while at work

This. If you can't handle two scoops the tub will just last longer :) make sure diets in check and this will definitely help you shred fat for your vacation.
 
The fat burning effects of Alphamine aren't solely dependent on physical activity (of course taking it prior to physical activity is the most optimal way to take it), so even with your job you can still reap the benefits if it is added to a proper training and nutritional plan.

Do you need any help trying to set up a plan for your opposing day and night shifts?

I'd take it when I wake up before either shift, I'd just gym it after work on dayshift(6pm) and before nightshift which would be fasted(3pm) ..

When's the best time to consume food and what would be the best to consume? And how often?

On days off is also have it in the morning, before i train etc!

You need to find out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). There are calculators online you can use. When you find that, you can gauge how much of a calorie deficit you need to do.
