Article: Squat Form Deteriorates Rep By Rep

True. I notice I am whipped ass in later sets. I take off and do some other work and then come back and start again and then repeat until the kitchen sink shows up.

The point of the article is point out that high rep low weight squats arent any safer than heavy weight low rep squats...the point is not to point out that muscles fatigue.

Does anybody see the hole in this though? My first two sets are ALWAYS crappier than my last sets..anyone care to guess?

I aint warmed up, lol.

As blood flows to the joints, support increases and achiness decreases. Duh.

Now if the "scientist" had a clue about training legs, he'd know that hip adbducter/adductor machines along with 2-3 moderate intensity sets of leg extensions go a long way to increasing perdormance and form on the first few sets of squats.

I think he missed this.
