I get asked a lot what my Chest Day is so here is the basic layout. This has gone from a total week spot to being proportionate.

-Tuned for my weak spot-

Chest+ 6 sets triceps

Incline Hammer Strength 4 sets 8-10 reps

Flat DB Press 3 sets 8-10 reps

Side Saddle Incline Hammer press 3 sets 10 reps

Incline Cable Flye 3 sets 10-12 reps

Hammer Strength Press 3 sets 8-10 reps

Slight Incline Cable Flye 3-4 sets 10-12 reps

Medicine Ball pushups 3 sets 15-20 reps

Triceps-

Weighted Dips 3 sets to failure

Rope Cable Push Downs 3 sets to failure

I hope this Chest Blast will help some guys who suffer from Small Man-Breast syndrome like myself ;)
