This is the cycle I will be starting shortly.

I'm coming off of a cut, weight is 178lbs, 6ft tall, 7%bf

I plan to utilize this stack to bulk.

I plan on eating around 4100 calories, I will adjust accordingly. About 300g protein, 500+g carbs, 115g fat.
 
Day 1:
Weight 179lbs
Nothing to report. Rest day today.

Day 2:
Weight 179

Light all body workout to pump up a little before pictures.

After pictures, went to Qdoba!!

Ended up at 3800 calories, 275p, 380c

Day 3;
Weight 182lbs

Definitely got that alpha feeling!

Today was chest day, workout felt great!

Bench 205x10, 205x10, 205x10
Day 4:
Rest day

Got 4000calories in.

Day 5:
Weight 187lbs, yep 5 days in and up 9 lbs. I feel fantastic!

Workout was squat day

135x10, 240x10, 240x10, 240x11

I plan on only logging my main lifts each day. But the workout was much more than just squats :)

Mood is up! Vascularity is up. Strength feels slightly increased, endurance feels the same

Ended up at 3900cal 340p, 345c
 
Day 6:

Vascularity has increased.

Workout was chin-up/row day.

Bw+25lbsx20, bw+25lbsx20, bw+25lbsx20

Got a little headache today but could just be caffeine related.
 
Day 7:



Rest day.



Day 8:



Weight is 188, been maintaining 4100calories.



I notice a pump today, everything feels full and bigger.



Wife even told me I look huge :)



Workout was shoulder day. Strength has definitely increased. I felt insanely good today. I did notice some back pumps towards the evening. All manageable.

Pumps today are awesome!

Workout was Deadlift

Strength was through the roof! The weight felt like it was lifting itself!
 
Day 10:



Weight holding at 190lbs, that is 12lbs total in less then 10 days! Pretty awesome.



Workout today was bench press



135x12,225x5, 225x6, 230x8, 230x7



Strength felt the same, endurance felt up a bit.



It's been hard eating clean at 4100calories



Pump is ridiculous today.



Libidio is down a little, no headaches. Still have mild back pumps
 
Day 11:

A little lethargy today, nothing that some coffee didn't remedy though.



Workout was squat/leg day

Strength and endurance felt phenomenal today. It was sure if I should keep pushing out more sets. I decided to dial it back to be safe.



Diet has been the hardest for me, I'm getting 4100calories, but still lacking on my carbs. Been eating a low carb/high protein diet for so long it has just been ingrained in me. So mini goal for me is eat more high quality carbs.



Libido still down a bit, still some minor back pumps but getting the water down and stretching helps

I felt better after 12hours of sleep! I have felt pretty full all the time, still eating 4100 calories.

Yep, I have pictures the exact day I started. I will post them up when I finish.

Diet is 4100calories, 305g protein, about 460g carbs, and about 115g fat. So 30/25/45 protein/fat/carb ratio
 
I was kind of wondering what you eat and when.
4100 is more than I can handle. When I'm on cycle I'm doing about 3000 & I have a hard time eating clean on that much intake.
 
I eat almost all the time. I don't have a set schedule because I work at night and have a rotating schedule.

A typical daily meal would be:

Breakfast:
5 eggs, cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup oatmeal, coffee

Snack:
ON whey protein 3 scoops in 2 cups 2% milk, banana

Lunch:
12oz chicken breast, 1 cup corn, 1 cup brown rice

Post workout:
ON pro complex gainer 1 scoop in 2cups 2% milk

Dinner:
8oz steak, 1 cup green beans, 2 slices Ezekiel bread, orange juice.

Pre bed:

Casein protein in 12oz 2% milk
 
I will also add that I'm a taller guy, 6ft, which is taller than most bodybuilders, so my BMR is a little bigger than most, 3000cal would just about be my BMR

Feel pretty lethargic

Day 22:

Back pumps are tiresome!

Deadlift day

Felt really strong today, failed at 455 though, 430 is a PR for me!!
 
Day 26:

Another rest day :)



I did get some lab work done today!



My HDL was low.



Everything else was normal!!!!



Yes that includes AST and ALT!!!
 
Day 27:

Light full body workout!





Day 28:

Rest day



Day 29:

Minimal walking, carb loading





Day 30:



Ran 13.2 miles and completed 30 obstacles.



Broke my right great toe :(

Didn't get a lot of accessory work done because my broken toe was bothering me.



Some minor back pumps, no other sides.

Had some back pumps today and a headache in the evening. Increased my water intake. Going to up my calories these final days.

No headache today. Libido has been down though.
 
I was pretty happy with the results!



I added 45lbs to my bench, 95lbs to my deadlift, 60lbs to my squat!



I gained 30lbs total weight. Only 3% bf gain.



I did run it at 3caps/daily. Got my labs done around week 4 and everything checked out so I ran it another 1.5weeks.



I very happy with results! Great product IML!!!!
