Can anyone give me a solid bulking workout to use while I run a 6 week cycle of halo x?
 
Bulking workout?
Grab a barbell, lift it. Put it back. Repeat.
If you mean how do you train on steroids? then up your volume.
 
A new workout I've been using lately is stack 8 training. It's pretty good intensity and is very good for bulking.

You start with about 50% of 1 RM and do a set of 8, then increase the weight by 10% each set until you can't get 8, then rest pause to 8 reps. Do this for 4-8 exercises per day.

I use a 5 day split, chest, legs, back, arms, shoulders, but you can set it up however you want.
 
Read the article on bulking. It came out a few days ago, very educational. It's in the news section.
I stand corrected thank you! One guy further down in that news article said it right though. He had the same problem of fat inhibiting his muscle growth. But he did say he would never eat to bulk unless he's using gear

So did I my friend. On gear I guess it's a different story though, I just thought it was interesting.

I did a tren/test cycle last year for cutting and about to start a test/tbol cycle Monday for a lean bulk for summer. Glad I read that article before slamming my stomach full. Never really done any bulking so I've subbed this thread
