First i would like to say hello and introduce myself as im new to this forum & also would like to start my first cycle and hope you can help me out.
Stats: 19 y/o
Height: 6'0
Weight: 192lbs
Bf: 12-13%
Training natty for 3 years
I've reaserched for quite some time and would like your oppinion and twigs for this cycle as it follows:

Week 1-12 test prop 150mg eod
Week 1-8 Var 50mg Ed (might bump the dose up to 75mg after week 4)
Week 1-12 Provion 50mg Ed (Might bump it to 75mg Ed)
Week 1-8 Hcg 1000iu /w (devided 2 times x 500iu/ w)
Week 1-12 Adex 0.5 Eod
Also: Liv 52 / Milk Thistle

-Pct (Idk if i should wait 2 weeks after last pin or start imidietly??)
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Tribulus 2x caps ed
Zma

Is this enough for pct or something else needs to be added? Should i add Hcg in pct? (Accoarding to my knowlage so far hcg is not needed in pct but during cycle)

Apprichiate all the critics and oppinions ty brahs <3

I'll just say what everyone is probably thinking.

Your 19 bro, gain naturally.
Personally, it's your body, but I wouldn't do it.

That was just my 2cents bro.
I'm not the best one to critique that cycle.

I was just letting you know the answer you will probably get on here.

Maybe someone with more experience in that aspect will help you out, but I doubt it due to your age.

They are not going to encourage a 19 y/o kid to run a cycle like that.

Ok, ty brah i hope some 1 will answer..

Cycle looks ok in term of kit. Durations are a little odd maybe? Prop is shorter so 8 weeks is more like it. With the longer cycles cyp may be better as less pins along the way. Then do 300 a week maybe; less is more! Var I would move to the end bit that's just me. HCG use is A funny one as some say PCT and others say throughout course. I think PCT but again that's just me. And I'd drop the clomid as nolva will be fine as it is. Good luck.

I thaught about 12 weeks test so i can maintain my gains from the 8 weeks of var, i dont mind the eod pins but if there is a specific reason to cut it to 8 weeks state ti and i will aply it ty

Just the way it's been done since I've been involved in this sort if stuff. Prop for short cyp longer and eth longer still. Evenness of blood levels and number of pins seems to be the logical reasons. Or prop to start and then drop it once your longer acting test kicks in. Gains from var will be kept if your own test levels get back up after you stop every thing and eat right. Won't be huge gains though. Big gains in veins though!!

One last question regarding the diet, im cutting right now and my goal was to be in a caloric defficit while i maintain or even gain 3-4 pouns of muscle (is that realisted and achivable?) while gaining hardness, vascularity & strength.. Now when i come of everything should i not remain in a caloric deficit or bump my kcals above maintenance to keep those 3-4 pounds of ekstra muscle?

Yes a slight increase on quality muscle is easy. It's the big gains in muscle that are hard to get and even harder to maintain. All the people I've worked with I always say to eat more for gains; if you want to sit at 15 stone you gotta eat like a 15 stone man. When cutting for me I can do it with diet but with others they need cardio too. But with your cycle it's a pretty dry bunch of kit so you will gain and keep lean as long as you keep a good diet. Adex can help with keeping water off while you are on so you'll finish drier and harder looking. Plus it can minimise sides too.

Thank you brother, but im still confused about the diet part when off the cycle, should i stay in a caloric deficit do cardio and all that to keep my bodyfat down or even reduce it further, or eat more so i hold on to the muscle gains from the var? (In a caloric surplus) ps: Have my poverty reps

Keep food up. Loads fail to eat enough when on and then after so they go up in weight and then down. Keep a look out at your gym and you'll spot them! Keep it up and maintain it after. For a a comp throw in cardio and see how you respond. If you start wasting away eat more. It's really tricky as everyone is different. sorry I can't help more!
