Back to 135x15
Incline bench - 135x2sets of 12-155x12
Dumbbell fly's 35x15-40x15-45x12-50x12
Dumbbell press 55x12-60x12-65x12
Hammer strength front press 135x20-185x12-225x10
Machine fly's 100x15-110x12-130x12
Bable machine sitting front press combined flys- 60x12x2-70x12x2-80x12x2-100x10
Triceps rope push downs 60xfailure 70xfailurex2 tricep extension reverse 25x13-20x12x2
Also did some abs and that was it!

HAMMER STENGTH lat pull downs 140x15-180x12-225x8
Then did reverse with the same weight moved on to the sitting hammer row- 90x15-140x12-180x12-225x10
In between did close grip as well.
T-bar row-45x15-70x12-90x12
In between through each set did close grip..
At this point back was pumped feeling real good...
Ez bar curls 50x15-60x12-70x12-80x8
Cable machine wide lat pull downs -100x15-130x12-140x12, then switched to revere grip same weight and reps
Leg press 225x20--305x12-395x12
Calve raises hammer strength-90x3sets till failure ...triceps -rope push downs -60x15-70x12-80x10-
Triceps cable kick backs -25x12-20x2 sets till failure..
That was that ...I love the focus from speed x3 and pump x3 is the sweet icing on the cake...I will def be getting some of this... Thanks to my man marms for hooking me up with this awesome product ...to bad my shaker cup broke my nephew wanted to help my carry my protein as hr says and he dropped my lecheek shaker ....I was so mad but he is only 4 ....LRCHEEK ROCKS !!!
