Any other tips my friends .. I don't want to continue the cycle if I'm gonna keep putting on weight when the goal is to lose it
 
You've just started the the cycle and your diet. Takes time to change....

1kg is around 7000cal ....

By the way, losing weight is one, but the change in body composition is at least for me more important.

More muscle> more capacity to burn calories.
 
So today is day 15 of the cycle and I'm really not feeling it yet. Should I be worried or will I start seeing/feeling effects shortly. The only thing noticeable is a small increase in acne but no other sides. I'm taking it all as laid out earlier in the thread. Thoughts/Suggestions??

Third week is when I really started to notice the epi kicking in.

Increased pumps or vascularity? Nothing? I'm just wondering because I'll be running it in August.
 
id run a low carb diet whole cycle less than 150 g, bump d.s. up to 60 mg if 45 mg not doing much, and hiit cardio 6 days a week simple sprints works very well

No... not this. Don't bump it up to 60, its only been 2 weeks, its should start kicking in soon
