hello everyone i cant decide on what to get. again "first timer" anyways what is better Clomid of Nolva ? liquid or Pill form? its just for a mild cycle. i know for nolva i would run a 20/20/10/10 is that the same for clomid?

Clomid would be something like 50/50/25/25 in comparison to Nolva 20/20/10/10.

Those are pretty standard doses.
Pill vs Liquid, as long as there legit, you'll be gtg either way.

Go with Nolvadex. It is cheaper, more potent, and Clomid has some harsh emotional side effects for most.
