Looking solid my man! Definite progress!! I like what I'm seeing. Now tan your pale ass hahaha. Seriously tho good job keep at the GRIND

How much of a difference does a tan make someone look better DD?

It creates shadows that show striations, depth and hardness of muscle. More detail is seen in darker colors than lighter just because reflection of light. Look at the difference of a bodybuilder pre spray tan and oil then after. Same physique but they don't look like the same person

A tan makes a huge difference, my gf has actually been making fun of me and calling me pale lately. I'll be getting some sun haha

Here are the top 15 ways in which the sun can improve your health...

1 It cheers 1 you up

SUNSHINE boosts levels of serotonin - the body's natural happy hormone. That's why we tend to feel happier and more energetic when the sun shines. Regular sun can stave off moderate depression, particularly if combined with exercise, such as a walk in the park. It's also been shown that exercising outdoors creates more endorphins in the body than exercising indoors.

2 Reduces heart disease

A STUDY in the British Medical Journal showed that people in the UK are more likely to die of heart disease in winter than in summer, which is believed to be because of low levels of vitamin D. Where you live in the UK also matters. Blackpool has 27 per cent more hours of sunshine a year than Burnley - and 9 per cent fewer deaths from coronary heart disease.

Cholesterol levels also rise in winter, according to reports in medical magazine The Lancet, and this is because our vitamin D levels fall.

And Dr Holick found that exposing people with high blood pressure to UVB rays in a tanning salon lowers blood pressure by similar amounts as prescribed drugs.

3 Prevents diabetes

VITAMIN D may help to prevent the onset of diabetes. "A study in Finland found children given a vitamin D supplement for several years had an 80 per cent reduced risk of developing Type I diabetes as young adults," says Dr Holick.

A deficiency in vitamin D is also thought to contribute to Type II diabetes, according to a recent study by Dr Barbara Boucher at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospitals.

4 Beats SAD

SEASONAL Affective Disorder (SAD) - or the winter blues - is a depression specifically caused by lack of sunlight. Lightboxes can be used to treat it, although increased exposure to natural sunlight is more beneficial. Get out for an hour's walk in the morning during autumn and winter months, and sit outside for 15 minutes a day in summer.

5 Helps prevent MS

MULTIPLE sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the central nervous system, leading to tremors and even paralysis. The cause is not known but scientists have noted that exposure to sunlight in childhood appears to dramatically reduce the risk of developing this disease in later life. Scientists have also noted that the incidence of MS is lower in sunnier countries.

6 Prevents cavities

THE sun could even help to keep your teeth strong. A dental study found the prevalence of cavities was greater in children from Scotland, the North-West, Wales and Merseyside - areas with less than average sunshine. The proportion of 12-year-olds with untreated cavities was three times greater in Scotland than in the South West Thames region.

7 Relieves aches and pains

Being out in the sun helps to warm the body's muscles and eases stiffness, reducing the pain caused by inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.

8 Reduces risk of cancers

ALTHOUGH over exposure to the sun increases your risk of skin cancer, vitamin D provided by sunlight can actually help to significantly reduce your risk of other types of cancer.

A study carried out by the US National Cancer Institute found that people exposed to high levels of sunlight were significantly less likely to die from breast and colon cancer. A similar effect was seen in bladder, womb, oesophagus and stomach cancer.

9 Boosts fertility

THE sun reduces levels of the hormone melatonin which suppresses fertility, so it is more likely you'll conceive in summer.

And sunlight not only makes you more fertile, it increases the length of your fertility. A study in Turkey discovered that women who get less than an hour of sunlight a week reach menopause seven to nine years earlier.

Sunlight also boosts testosterone levels in men, which makes summer the perfect time for baby-making.

10 Gives you more energy

MELATONIN also regulates sleep, so having lower levels of this hormone in your body gives you more get up and go. This is why you need less sleep in summer but still feel livelier. Plus, being woken by natural light rather than an alarm clock helps you feel more positive.

11 Eases IBD

PEOPLE with Crohn's disease or other inflammatory bowel disorders (IBD) generally have low levels of vitamin D in their bodies, according to several studies. Sunlight is the best way to boost vitamin D in these cases.

Although it is available in some foods (including meat, eggs, oily fish and some breakfast cereals), levels are low and poor absorption of fat - a common complication of inflammatory bowel disease - may make it difficult for sufferers to absorb vitamin D from their diet.

12 Beats period problems

ABOUT one in five women of childbearing age suffer from polycystic ovary disease which causes abnormal periods, unwanted body hair and infertility.

Half of 14 women treated with vitamin D and calcium by Dr Susan Thys-Jacobs at St Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University in New York, recovered normal periods and two became pregnant. Dr Thys-Jacobs also found that women with premenstrual syndrome are likely to be deficient in vitamin D.

13 Helps skin conditions

EXPOSURE to the sun can help to heal such skin conditions as psoriasis, acne and eczema. Regular controlled sun exposure is often prescribed for sufferers. For serious cases, contact your GP. For minor cases, try exposing affected areas of skin to the sun for up to 30 minutes before covering up or slapping on the sunscreen - but make sure you never burn.

14 Boosts your immune system

SUNLIGHT encourages the production of white blood cells, which help to boost your immune system and fight infection.

15 Helps you lose weight

HIGHER levels of serotonin in our bodies not only makes you feel happy but it also suppresses the appetite, so you'll eat less in warmer weather.

Go out in the sun at least three times a week to boost levels of vitamin D

Nice and thick!

So I tried to eat a little cleaner this week and my first three meals today were very clean, but I just left a pizza buffet, I had 11 slices, two cinnamon rolls and a slice of some sort of apple pie pizza, I feel so stuffed, I'm gonna go tan, have a shake, then probably pass out for a little bit, I have a ny strip marinating for when I wake up

Wish i could eat like that and not turn into the pillsbury doughboy!

Yeah, if I don't throw in meals like this occasionally I don't grow, I'm lucky in that regard but my food costs are stoopid

Same man. I gotta refeed when I'm growing and have a stupid calorie day 1 or 2 times a week. I think it's because of the strain the workouts put on me. Without a surplus boost my body goes to maintain muscle more to easily. Gotta get the surplus in there to remind it you love it and will give it what it needs to grow haha

When this crew gathers in your too small tee's and shorts, we need pics. For totally non homo things/reasons.

this is true, there's still plenty of young ones that like it, but almost all the cougars love it

It's the generations man. Women in the 80s and 90s looked for masculine, beastly men. Guys then tried to portray traits like an alpha man.

The mid 2000s changed it all with this feminine, girly, skinny jean wearing dick eating trend ****. It disgusts me. But that's what a lot of girls "think" they want... A non dominant man they can control. But deep down inside that's not what they are genetically programmed to need. That's what the feminists and media tell them. What do women want? A man to own them, keep them in line, not let them be a **** and tell them what to do. They want a FUKIN ALHPA MALE.

Women growing up in the 80s and 90s knew that. **** look at cartoons back then! The good guys were always jacked and the bad guy was a skinny little twat. The roles have switched and everything in cartoons is "worked out" with a hidden meaning. What happened to the bad guy getting beat down because he was a dbag? Anyways... Women are dumb and cougars are sexy as fuk. I want an older women that knows her **** and will TRY to break me off. Not some young inexperienced skank.

Jesus this sounds like it could be coming out of my mouth word for word.

I give 2 bags of neon colored diks about what women like. I'm going to be successful and yoked as a Fukin monster regardless of who likes it. I'll like it and that's all that matters in my Fukin world.

I want someone that's going to look amazing in pictures next to me.... Outside of that it won't matter because I'll probably be banging her and her hot ass friends, because let's face it women are on the whole a soulless illogical species.

No offense ladies and I said no offense so you can't get made..... And yes their are exceptions to every rule.

So true bro. Women are incapable of rational thinking. They are the only species that when they get mad do things to spite, payback or argue with emotions instead of logic. Why would I consider that my equal? In the animal kingdom they are a few steps down on the ladder. Why? Because they are replaceable, they are used for breeding. By who? The alpha male. The alpha male gets the most sex with a lot of females because he is superior and only the best traits should be spread.

The idea of monogamy is actually relatively new concept. Started by women in my opinion. Looking from a primitive caveman viewpoint.. The biggest strongest men slept with multiple women and would have the most kids. Why? He was strong and carried traits like the ability to provide food (wealth), protection (strength) and control ( power). These are alpha traits and carry over into present time wealth, power, strength are all things women are programmed to look for. These alpha cavemen spread their seed and had multiple kids with multiple women, not because they were manwhorea, but because it's how they ensured the civilization, tribe, clan whatever had the best offspring and genetics generation to generation.

Fast forward thousands of years. Now we are still programmed to think like this. BUT the feminist woman worshipping weak society we live in has flipped the roles on us. Why? Look at it this way.. From a woman standpoint (irrational I know but don't hurt your head trying to dumb yourself down to their level). A woman that has kids with one man doesn't want that guy running around? Why? Society has got her thinking that it's wrong and he is "bad". If she is raising kids and feeding them in today's society that is bad for her. Especially if he has kids with multiple women because that means less for her to be provided with. Which is BS because she should be happy she had kids with a alpha make that was nice enough to share his good genes with her. That ungrateful thing. BUT society has told her that's not enough and she should get all of his money , power etc etc because she is a woman. Fuk her. She's replaceable, I cook , clean, provide for myself because I'm a man and capable of that. I only need her.. and other women to bear my genetically superior alpha children. Just like 3000 years ago.

^^^ truth!

Ever been to a zoo? The lions are the saddest animals!!

Locked in a cage...aka in a relationship with one woman.

Ive read that the alpha males in any given single population (say the top 5% of the males) are banging the vast majority of the women (say around 75%)

I agree moderation with everything. Sun light definitely makes you more cheerful. I did not know all of those facts they're pretty cool

Well I've read a lot more than that, but I took a nap while u guys went on the alpha male rant, u covered most of the bases tho haha

Damn best legs day in recent memory, 24 45s for leg press. Lunges with the 50s (24 steps each way) then literally burnt out on fst-7 for extensions, after the 6th set I couldn't lift my legs anymore haha

How many reps were you doing for the leg press?

How many reps were you doing for the leg press?
i started with sets of 15, then got 12 with 22 plates and 10 with 24. I just don't feel comfortable going much closer to failure without a spotter unfortunately, but I really went close to failure on the lunges and died on the extensions

So I'm doing shoulders and tris today and I'm doing a set of shoulder press with the 100s with no spotter and I'm on my 11th rep and see something out of the corner of my eye and glance over and it's three of the female fitness competitors standing in the mirror comparing their asses, all wearing those little spandex volleyball shorts and pulling them up into a thong and comparing in the mirror, I had to stop at 12 and decided it was best to go to a machine before I hurt myself being distracted. It was quite the show. So I go to the military press machine and do the whole stack for 3 sets, then lat raises with the 40s,45s and 50s, 12 each set, then went to tricep extensions and did this for 14, 4 sets there

Lastly I burnt out on dips, pumped up, and ready to tackle a chick like a cheetah that hasn't eaten in weeks stalking a young gazelle

237(+12lbs) this morning. Saw a clip earlier of Mark Wahlberg talking about going from 165 to 205 in 7 weeks to shoot pain and gain lmfao, meanwhile Dwayne says "luckily for me I had just come off four months of training for wrestlemania.." Haha
