Today was back day and my main focus was to keep the specific muscle being worked activated through the full range of motion with a hard flex. Let's just say I walked out of the gym with my entire back just tingling, shoulders were being pulled back and arms were flared slightly (no I wasn't trying to look macho, but I bet I fûcking DID!) Anyone else seeing this too? Try and get a double bicep pose, and front lat spread so we can take a look. Its hard to tell in the pics you posted!
 
I agree about the lats. I can't tell a thing from those pictures. If it's only a difference in the shape or definition of the muscle then it might just be a difference that can not be changed. For example, I have better separation in one quad than the other and that's just how it is. If it's a difference in size/development then maybe one-arm work is in order. Have you noticed that one side is stronger than the other on rows or pulldowns?

I'll try to get a better pose to show it better. As far as one side being stronger, actually I feel stronger on my left side if only slightly. But I also start with my left side because it's my "weak" side so that may be why I feel like I can move the weight better...I'm not as tired. I do feel like I have better mind/muscle with my right side though, like I can really focus on what that muscle is doing and getter a deeper flex. I can't really say I've done much single arm lat work to determine if I really am just stronger on my right side. Something I'll have to experiment with.

I talked to my partner about filming my form on various exercises next week. Should be interesting. :-)

Hahahaha if I'm not holding back blowing chunks a couple times a week I'm not winning.

I have a pretty strong stomach and I've pretty much conditioned myself over many years of not letting myself puke when my body is trying to make me with every fiber. I HATE puking! And today I really had to concentrate and use some breathing techniques to keep it down. Felt good! :-)

I puke all the time bro. Let it out. It means you get to eat twice! I love eating my post workout meal twice haha. Puke it up after I eat it at the gym after I lift then again when I go home. I keep a jug of protein in my truck because I have been known to pull over and blow chunks driving home.

I fûcking hate it dude, seriously. I hate the way it makes me feel and when it gets all up in my sinuses and ****...that's the worst because I can feel it up there all ****ing day! I puked once since I was a kid because I had the flu and it really caught me by surprise. Shît, I don't even puke when I get hammered lol.

Haha all this talk of throwing up reminds me of college... I used to make sure I drank til I puked almost every weekend when I went out
A) so I could eat more when I got home
B) so I wasn't so hungover after having all that shiit in my body all night
c) not wasting as many calories on booze
My roommate called me "the weekend bulimic". I didnt care, I had abs and still drank more then everyone so fck em.

I give handjobs to hobos for spare change behind a dumpster for a few hours on weekends. After 20 guys.... THATS A FUKIN BURN. had a 40 guy night a few weeks back. I think my arms grew a 1/2in from just that session

1ifeblood, have you considered that maybe your right side tires faster BECAUSE you have a better mind muscle connection, and thus lift more with the lat while hoisting less with other muscles? If your left side is underdeveloped then certainly working on your mind-muscle connection with that side should help.

This last weekend was a bit of a free for all. My wife went out of town to see her sister's new baby, leaving me home by myself. So it was good times with friends and family that rarely get to have my undivided attention. My parents are no strangers to letting lose, so I joined them for an evening, and my cousin who's like my little brother, also joined me for evening festivities. Sunday consisted of me working on finishing my two older daughters' bedroom, in the mudding stages right now, and my cousin and dad were both over to help which included some Bloody Maries and other beverages. Everything I ate was probably the worst thing I could've eaten, but it was really fûcking good! With my wife home Sunday evening, we stayed up a little later than typical so I chose to postpone my Monday workout because I knew I would've be worth a shît. Today however, was a different story! :-)

I've always been more of an ectomorph if you can tell by how skinny my wrists and ankles are. Putting on mass has never been an easy thing. I'm more concerned with the obvious difference between my left and right side across my chest and lats.
