Rising to the Occasion with FinaFlex MASS 550

So first I'd like to say thank you to all the guys over at FinaFlex for this opportunity to Beta Test and Log there latest product MASS 550. Looks to be an awesome product to use no matter what your goals are. I am 5 11 sitting at 187 lbs and 18% bf. in the last 2 years I have gone from 246 lbs and 28% bodyfat. I will do my best to give a detailed log for everyone to see the changes I experience with this product. Finaflex has provided me with one bottle and I just ordered a second so that I can dose it a little higher not to mention nutraplanet has a killer deal that can't be beat.

MASS 550 3/day 2 am and 1 pm

Routine
Typicall lift 5 days a week and try to through in 3 days of cardio either a basic run or a HIIT session.

Diet
I am a creature of habit as I am a very picky eater so this will be easy for me to keep updated as it doesn't change much when i'm eating clean. I usually stay low on carbs and eat around 2200 - 2500 cals.

Took 2 caps this morning then 1 this afternoon before my workout. Had a pretty good sesh in the gym today it was chest which I always have had some trouble growing a decent chest but always looking for new ways to improve my routine.

Routine
Bench press 3x5
Incline DB 4x10
Cable crossovers Hi and Low 3 x15
Dips concentrated on Chest 3x15

Food
Breakfast
2 whole eggs and 1 eggs white omelet with cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, and avocado

Lunch
1 cups carrots
Whole grain turkey sandwich with tomato and mayo

Dinner
Chicken breast with broccoli

2 protein shakes 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon

Not sure if you outlined this....did you increase your protein intake?
 
I added the second shake and am planning on picking up some protein bars for a daily snack as well as add 3 boiled eggs each day for a snack.
 
You might as well eat a snickers and chase it with a protein shake.

They're yummy though. I usually keep some around for emergency calories.
 
I can't afford to fall off that bad lol it would be a downward spiral.

2 caps this morning and one this afternoon before the gym. I've noticed after my morning dose I get some nasty burbs which is new.

Was supposed to be a cardio day today but just felt motivated to left so did a fast paced full body session today.

Supersets max 30 sec rest

1 arm DB rows with DB press 4x10
Wide barbell curls with skull crushers 4x12
Pec minor dips weighted 4x12
Farmers walk 50 yards x3
50 yard sprints x10

Also took some pics cause the pump felt amazing and it felt like it was about time. Feel free to be honest with the comments. I know I have work today and I'm not satisfied but am happy to be where I am considering I was 246 and down to 190.

Breakfast and lunch same as yeaterday
Dinner had 3 street tacos.

So woke up a little sore this morning still took both doses but decided to just do a little cardio/HIIT today. 1 mile at a 7:36 time and 8 100 yard sprints.

Diet pretty much the same today except the omelet broke so it became scrambled eggs with everything cooked in. Dinner is gonna be a chicken breast with green beans and a sweet potato.

Putting together a nightly ab routine thinking 8 exercises 25 reps each continuous from one to the next to finish that in mind what is your favorite ab exercise at home.

You're one of the first beta loggers so let's see what this puppy can do! That xl might be just right when it's all over with :)
 
I'm hoping it will. And am going to do my best at testing this product to its potential. Big reason I got the second bottle so I can do a higher dosage and longer run. Been 5 days not feeling a lot yet but think it's still a bit early. One thing I have noticed is my muscles feel fuller/pumped even the next day after my workout. Really like the feeling.

Muscles being full and more pumped is a good sign things are starting to happen. With most natty supps like this, things should start to get interesting around 9-12 days in.
 
Good to know my body must really like this since it's only been 5 days. Took the morning dose and did some arms and HIIT.

Super sets
Hammer curls with weighted dips 4x12
Concentrations curls with pressdowns 4x12
Chin ups 3x10 with OH extensions 3x10

Farmers walk 50 yards 3 sets
Sprints 50 yards 10 sets

Really nice pump going today. XL shirt here we come lol.

Wasn't the whole finger just like 3/8" off the tip/side. Got it coterized and doc said avoid heavy stress for a few days then I should be fully healed by 10 days just deformed on my left index finger.
 
Yeah prolly just a really slow pace so I'm at least doing something. Thanks for the concern everyone. Once I'm healed I'll tear this log up and I will fit in that XL lol

Yeah they coterized it which is why it's black. Still a few small bleeding spots but feel a lot better today except when I hit it lol
 
Now that's what i'm talking about brother!! You can't stop the beast once it's awake. That does look pretty gruesome though.
