Jballs journey to 10% BF

What's up guys!!

I'm basically here to learn and be motivated to reach my goal of 10 % BF by August 2014. That is my goal anyway and I know that there could be a few road bumps along the way.

My current stats: Starting strength routine
Lifting for almost a year
5' 8" 193 lbs
Back squat 280lbs 3 x5
Bench press 210 lbs 3x5
Deadlifts 315lbs 1x5
OHP 120lbs 5x5
Pendlay rows 140lbs 3x5

I'm following IIFYM/ flexible dieting with calorie goals of 2105, 70/160/200 f/c/p.
The reason that I want to cut down to 10% BF is that I'm tired of being ashamed to take my shirt off and feeling so self-conscious about my body image.

Please follow me along on this long and bumpy journey to reach my goal.
 
Today's training:

Back squat's 3x5 @ 280 lbs
Bench press 3x5 @ 210 lbs
Pendlay rows 3x5 @ 140 lbs

Assistance:
Chin-ups 4x5 @ body weight
Tricep extension 4x10 @ 40 lbs
 
AM weight:185 lbs
Today's training:

Back squat's 3x5 @ 285 lbs
OHP 3x5 @ 125 lbs
Deadlift 1x5 @ 325 lbs

Assistance:
CGBP 3x10 115 lbs
EZ curl 3x10 45 lbs
Hanging leg raise 3x10

Workout was brutal and I feel depleted. Took me over an hour to get finished. Still getting stronger. At some point I know my strength gains will eventually stall. Macros still the same.

AM weight:186- I've been fluctuating daily anywhere from 184-186

Back squat's 3x5 @ 290 lbs
Bench 3x5 @ 215 lbs -failed last set only was able to get 4, so next bench session will stay same wt.
Pendlay Rows 3x5 @ 145 lbs

Assistance:
Chin-ups 3 sets @ body weight 4-8
Skull crushers 3x8 @ 45 lbs

Workout was ok. Never squatted 290 lbs before so it's a new PR for me. Bench sucked!! Probably d/t my squats, definitely took a toll on me. Still in a caloric deficit. No cardio for now.
 
Took a little trip this week and slipped and didn't track macros. Slipped with my diet for about 3 days and ate some good ole southern fried foods/seafood without a care in the world. This little journey of mine ain't that serious. Training took a little detour as well. Oh well, It's time to put in work again.....fat loss here I come.

Training:
Squats 10 x 3 @ 235
Bench 10 x 3 @ 175
Pendlay Rows 3 x 5 @ 150

Workout took me an hour.

After not posting for 4 months I'm back. Had a lot of setbacks, but now I'm trying to dial it in. These pics are from today. Down to 185 lbs as of this am. Still a lot of work do!
