Hey guys! im back! so i was planning and cutting for my first comp (with aas for my first time) and was at 193lbs and getting NASTY! but without a good funding i had to drop it. i made such insane progress leaning out and even growing a little with 350mgs of prop. i am glad i cut though that meanss this get big season will be 100% full blown slaps of meat. I have enough time for 2 cycles if i do it right! THEY WILL BE MY 2 FIRST EVER BULKING CYCLES!

weeks 1-10 TestE 480mgs a week (.6ml M&T)
weeks 1-4 SD 20,20,30,30 mg
weeks 1-10 Arimidex .25mgs EOD
weeks 1-4 LIV52

weeks 11-16 TestE 125mgs a week TRT

weeks 17-30 TestE 500mg week
weeks 17-28 Deca 300mg week OR EQ 400mg with 400mg of test
weeks 17-20 dianabol 25mgs
weeks 17-28 caber .5mg twice a week
weeks 17-30 arimidex .5 EOD


weeks 31-32 250IUs M,T,W,T,F (saturday and sunday off)


weeks 33-36 Clomid 50,50,25,25,
weeks 33-36 Nolva 40,40,20,20
weeks 33-36 500IU of HCG EOD
weeks 33-36 DAA 3,3,3,3
Yes HCG during PCT anyone who hates ive got some articles to show you :) think of it this way... why HCG on cycle for pct and getting your balls working for PCT.... test injections=turn off.. HCG =turn on... thats a battle.


Im starting to get all my goodies ready! thought about slin but ima wait this right here will blow me up...
 
Why SD and dbol? I'd run dbol 50 rather than both and run it at 50 later in your cycle. Why no tren?

trying to be cheap lol i got me some SD bulk. thought the dbol can be a good preworkout kicker but high enough to get some results and the sd high enough for results.

im saving tren for prep i wanna save he best thing ever for my prep. :) and have never tried deca so im excited. these are some beginner cycles ive only done a cycle before this. so im taking it slow. i did cut corners with adding 2 compounds on my second blast but i think i can handle it
 
I think you should stick to one or the other, run SD higher initially and save all the dbol for later; I'd avoid toxicity that early in your cycle bc you're using orals later. I'm also not a fan of your hcg dosing; why wouldn't you run it in the two weeks where you're doing nothing? Also 500/day is way too much hcg.

I ran 250 ed on the tail end of tren/test/eq/var at higher doses than you were using and recovered fine with torem only in pct with osta.

Also with such a long cycle you might consider tossing in eq, it's dirt cheap and would help you bulk nicely.
 
i meant to include the HCG while im not doing poop. its means to be ran throught pct too. so 6 weeks and 500a day isnt much? only on week days which means 2500ius i could lower it but ive read that 2500 is perfect.

true ill drop the dbol and just run 30mg of SD. then ill use the dbol for the second blast. liver tox. i see is yes a concern but i think people over hype it. i think dbol at 50 would be worse than a dbol and sd split.


i did look into EQ it was a complete toss up but i wanna run the end part only 12 weeks and eq works magic really late so id be almost a waste. im on a time frame for how long of an off season i get about 32 weeks and i wanna get in two good cycles.

I think 250 ED is the best dosing, which is 1750 IU/wk. 500 EOD would be fine too if you want to pin less often.

I would use hcg the last 4 weeks. If you want to use hcg during pct, 125 eod like the article says is fine.

I've never been a fan of deca. I much prefer mast. The other option, which you should consider, is trest/ment. IMO it's by FAR the best bulking injectable. While it's not as good for recomp as tren ime it's a better bulker.

ment? whats that? and trest isnt that a an oral PH? lol explain ill know what youre talking about im sure just gotta refresh my mind. well ive ran only a cycle before this and ive read mast. is a powerful drug i wanted to work my way up slowly.


in about an hour im redoing my thing because i finally recounted my weeks and i have more than planned :) ihave time for a 10 week cruise then a 14 week so ima redo it all
 
Ment is trestolone (typically acetate) and it can be taken orally but can also be injected. It's pretty potent, supposedly 10 times as potent as test. In my experience it's not that potent but it's better than tren as a bulker IMO.
