hardknock Well-known member Apr 8, 2014 #4 The definition of the phrase "as fast as possible" means just that. It does not mean do them fast and erratic. Many people that have worked with explosive lifts will know what it actually means.

I've been doing that for 4 months. Combined 5/3/1 with Y3T training. Week 3 I performed sets with reps of 30-100 on leg press and extensions.
