U get cleared from the docs to go all out yet??

I was told to start back easy, and I am. If I got specific with weight amounts with the docs they'd probably say something else.

When I pulled my groin in November the doc said I should never squat heavy again. So, I avoid specifics with emaciated doctors.
 
First lift looked solid! Normally for it to feel heavy after time off.. as Mark said muscle memory will have you back in the swing of things in no time...

I will be consuming that case of muscle milk that I thought was .50¢/bottle the day of my surgery...

I went to the restaurant supply store all doped up with one eye. Ended up buying a case of muscle milk for $2.?? each , but thought they were .50¢ each when I first put them in the cart.
 
Calories ended at 2,284 with 248p/217/44 and 35g fibers.

I took EC 12.5/200 once and never had any BP issues and the crash wasn't really that bad. Might try for two doses tomorrow.

Do you tabs come in 12.5 .. or are you splitting at 25mg?

Hmm... I'm not splitting. Maybe they are 25's?? I was pretty certain they weren't, but I'll check tomorrow. I left them in my work car.

It is only legal in Canada (dont say it) to sell them in 8mg tablets which are tiny. So I just take 3 x 8 at each dosing. Are you getting Ephedrine HCL there or is this the bronchal medication you can get over the counter?

It's behind the counter, but a Rx is not required. They ID, I believe. I'm almost certain it's 12.5. Drewsickle recommended I work up to 25mg.

It's Primatene (something).
 
Hmmmm you'd be fine .. i dose 24/200 x 3 per day.. right from day one. That said, if you mean due to your eyes. If not there is really no need to ramp up.

Maybe I'll try that. Does anyone dose 12.5? Have I been wasting it? Lol
 
ya some dose 12.5/100 or like you 12.5/200 but you'll find 25/200 more effective

As long as your eye is ok. Can't stress that enough...

Yeah, imma wait another week to try 25.

I do 100 if I've had other caffeine product(s) recently. Might drop my afternoon cup of coffee.
 
Slept like a rock... after midnight.

I will probably take my magnesium and niacin earlier tonight just in case. Also, less water just before bed.

Not if you use the timed release version, I believe it's called niacinamide. I did read that regular niacin or nicotinic acid is better but it does have the flush/itching sides.

The stuff I have says it's "flush-free", and I've never experienced those things. It makes my skin turn a slight blush for about 10-15 mins.

I've noticed that when I take it before bed it makes it 100% easier to fall asleep after waking to pee.

You got my curiosity up about the forms of niacin compounds. It looks like nicotinic acid (plain flush type niacin) is the best. Take a look here:

It was nice. Looking back I wish I had done more with my chest. I just picked a few from the Meadows routine but didn't really pay attention to his instructions.

Thanks Mark. It wasn't too shabby for not lifting in a month. I'm not going to lie though, it all felt heavy. Those DB's especially, and I wasn't bad on DB presses in the past.

Calories were 2,173 with 247p/176/50 and 35g fibers.

I took EC 12.5/100 @ 0800 and 1330; no issues of any kind. Just a slight increase in energy and some appetite suppression.

Undecided about what to do tomorrow. Maybe some back and cardio...

Well doesn't take long to feel like you can't do anythign does it.. I have not moved much in 2.5 weeks.. just went for a 5km walk to test my leg/back... good god you'd think I ran a marathon...

Next week sometime.. Saw the doctor today.. returning to work Monday.. i figure if i can go to work, I can lift.. (just will keep it light for now)

Too bad we don't live closer to each other. We could spot each other on pink DB squats.
