How is White Flood keepin up with those sessions?

Sorry for the lack of out put been kinda busy but gReat man! The taste puts me in a good mood then the energy hits and it's nice clean and sustains through my workout no jitters or super itchy fire skin lol I'm loving it an it's keeping up just fine :)

Probably the taste and smoothness of it the taste puts me in a good mood before my lift witch is amazing and the energy is smooth and clean I don't like how some PWO make you feel like your covered in fire ants but WFR is doing great
 
I totally know what you mean about the fire ants. Good to know, I'm intrigued, this supp looks great.

fun fact: this is called paresthesia and is caused by beta-alanine

I agree big time with "smooth and clean" Some heavy stim prewo's leave me feeling like ass afterwards.

took yester day off and had a MMA fight against "THE BEAST OF THE 559" 559 is my area code btw i took my while flood and made his blood flow out of his mouth and nose will look to see if i can find a video i made the "BEAST" my li B!TCH :) lol nice pumps and energy given by white flood btw lol

Get both man..... Just do it tastes match up perfectly I did one scoop of WFR and 1.5 of WP due to me being a lil bit bigger of a dude and woah! Sold pumps,clean energy ,muscle full ness, the works man 20-30mins after I finished my old lady was feeling me up saying "not to flex" I wasn't and she was I'm pressed so we went to the bed room and I pumped it till I had a white flood ;) lol great stuff il trying to get the log started but it won't let me I'll try again soon
