Thanks Wicked! You do the same brother.Man that is good volume! Enjoy the weekend kenpo.
Thanks Pete. It really is an effective PWO. Plus, at 3/4 scoop, it's going to last a long time!Great chest w/o Kenpo! That Ferox has you rockin!
Thats great that a pre is that effective at doses like that. Always a winner in my bookThanks Pete. It really is an effective PWO. Plus, at 3/4 scoop, it's going to last a long time!
Awesome arm day bro! Snow looks nice, but i think its time to stop that stuff.
Melting is much better than shoveling. Did you scream at your arms and COMMAND THEM TO GROW?!We will see if CTFletcher's no such thing as over training is true. Will report on the DOMS in a few days. He snow is melting quickly. I think it's going to be gone in a couple days!
Oh, I was cussing but it was in Italian! LolMelting is much better than shoveling. Did you scream at your arms and COMMAND THEM TO GROW?!
Oh I agree that certain training regiments can result in over training. Will see what happens with my CTFletcher experiment. Thanks for being in my log BTW.Oh yeah, the snow gets old after a bit. Nice arm workout bro. I'm not sure I agree with no such thing as overtraining. There has to be a method, but I think that with certain workout plans, one could perhaps overtrain.
Thanks Pete. I've been researching his bicep workout and I think I'm close. Steal away brother.Damn! That's a sick bicep routine, nice job. I'll be stealing that one
Thanks Pete. I think I need some oil in this machine, or a new engine! LolSquatting on another level! Great job Kenpo!
Thanks Wicked. Actually, just started incorporating reverse grip. It's easier on my shoulders and I'm trying to target the inner chest.Thats nice volume. Do you always do rev grip?
Thanks Wicked. Actually, just started incorporating reverse grip. It's easier on my shoulders and I'm trying to target the inner chest.

Thanks Pete. Trying to keep up with you young bucks! LolDamn! Now that's some reverse grip bench, killin it Kenpo!
Heading to your log now as a "real" lifter would. LolInvalid Link Removed Here my new log Kenpo
Thanks brother. Only 1 rental and being a condo I only have to worry about the inside. A perma-tenant would be great, as long as they're a clean and respectful one!Nice lifts, and good luck with that rental. I had quite a few in the past and got way over my head way too fast. Hope you get a great perma-tenant.
Yes they kill the abs and even make the back stronger. I have the ab wheel that has a single 4 inch diameter wheel. If you roll to left then middle then right you work even more sections of the abs. Those BB rollouts are killer! I want to get one of those ab wheels they sell on TV that have that fat wheel
I have trouble with this as well sometimesIt's amazing how quickly you notice results in the abdomen area when getting carbs down right. Diet has always been my downfall. I'll do great for a few days and then slip for a few. I really need to get my diet right consistently and think I would have good results.
Trying to catch your volume-losing terribly! LolNice lifting Kenpo
Whatever! That's some crazy volume you did todayTrying to catch your volume-losing terribly! Lol
Thanks guys. I'm finally seeing some results. Varying Angle Inclines FTW!Ya 16 sets of incline is no joke!
