Restarting

Reeves v are my favorite tbh. 1/2 scoop would have been plenty since I haven't taken anything for so long.

Oh yeah. I still haven't taken a pre, and when I take my first serving I won't go above 1/2.
 
Well I'm gonna use the rest of my weekend as a small recovery window. Some light cardio tomorrow but that's probably it. I'll be posting here till Monday then the majority of my posts will be in my mass550 log till it's wrapped up
 
Had my cardio knocked out my 9 am. When I don't lift my day is incredibly boring.

20 mins cardio
3.5 mph @ 15% incline

Core circuits till I thought I couldn't move. No idea how much or how long

7 mins sprint/walk intervals
60/30 @ 9.0/3.0

Pull ups till I couldn't get my feet over 6" from the floor. No clue reps/sets. When I hit failure I waited 60 seconds , changed grip position , and went to failure again. Lots of pull ups is all I can say

Had another light cardio session. A lot like yesterday's only with lots of core work. Starting tomorrow all my logging will be done in my mass 550 log. It hasn't came yet but I always like to do my routine changes on a Monday.
 
Killed some pull-ups, nice job man!

My back hasn't been this sore in a long time. I did a ton of pull ups though. At just about every angle/hand position u could think of. I wanted yesterday and today to be light and rest type days. I smoked my back evidently though.

Got to sleep in today so no food yet. I like to train fasted anyway. Shake is down along with two caps Pure Test. About half a bottle of that and max pump left. Gonna take a supp break except for pwo once those are gone. I have some nice stuff lined up for when I start supp' ing again. Prolly a 30-45 day window. Woo woo.

Off to get groceries. Some major calorie cutting over the next 2-3 weeks.

Nice workout! That steak bowl looks quite appetizing!

Was pretty tasty. Spent today focusing on my meals. Food decrease with quality increase. Worked out well. I'm sure my macros were under target but it's not hurting me at the moment. I had the two meals I posted and 3 shakes. I increased my water intake a lot today as well. Really getting my diet on track from lately.

Taste was good. It didn't really stir up well. Pretty runny.

As far as the hot sauce. Heat was about right. Not a lot of flavor but I'll use it a few more times before I give the thumb up or down vote
