Anavite

Thoughts on this multivitamin (in particular, the powder version)? It doesn't seem to be recommended nearly as often as OT. I wasn't sure if there's something I'm missing in the formula, concerns about the quality or just the fact that it seems like CL has more reps in the forum (nothing wrong with that; they're very helpful and knowledgable). I really like how it includes the full daily amount of magnesium...not to mention the BA and LCLT.

OT has the joint complex which I like. I have a sealed powdered anavite that I haven't used. I guess it depends on cost but the powdered aspect makes it much improved from the tablets. I have used OT/greens powder and the taste was so so (Not that bad in oj) give it a shot if you don't need the joint complex

OT+Greens powder is a good one to look into as Ive only tasted it once and it was decent. Not candy but for what it is I think its worth a look into if a powder is what you are searching for

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm not wanting to turn this in to a comparison with OT. I'm just curious about everyones thoughts on anavite.

Yeah for me OT is a much better option but it just comes down to price I guess. Ot/greens powder>anavite powder if money isn't an issue. If you can get anavite at a decent price it isn't a bad multi and absorption of powdered multi is much better than tablets.

Money is definitely an issue. Also, I don't need greens or joint support (plus anavite includes the full amount of magnesium).

Um.
Hopefully all of us.

A common deficiency, and for active individuals it is important to maintain

That being said I use OT, and get extra magnesium via MCC

Yeah, I figured I'd get all my vitamins and magnesium in one supplement...versus the two seperate products I'm taking now. Anavite's the same price as the two combined but also includes BA and LCLT. I might add some of my bulk ALCAR to it too.
