How old is he? At 5'10 145 lbs peanut butter is the first thing he needs...then creatine and a large increase in protein intake...
He just pmd me. He is 19 ,5'8" 147 and ran epi already. What is wrong with kids today?
Crazy shyt. I would kill to have a teenage test level again.entitlement era is upon us. they deserve to have muscles now with minimum work, and a mediocre at best diet.
That's what I'm currently doing, thanks!thats why i asked lmao.
totally agree...
look op, since your dodging the age question I'm sure your a bit on the young side. if your in highschool just eat a boat load, and lift as heavy as you can. maybe hit up some creatine and protein shakes. i kid you not when i was a sophomore i was 5'10" 150. when i was a senior i was 205. i gained 30 lbs by the time i started my season jr year and a ton of it was lean. creatine tons of food and i worked my tail of. if i can do it anyone can. there's no excuses not to grow just bad nutrition. dont worry about abs youre gonna have to put a bit of fat on to gain.
That's what I'm currently doing, thanks!
This^^^keep it up then! this stuff dont happen over night. if you got diet or training questions by any mean ask, i'd like to think we're all fairly knowledgeable that are trying to help you out. i'd recommend to stay away from the gear for a few more years. i'd wait till you see an actual decline in your natty test levels before using.
I had a buddy in HS who played offensive linemen. Kid was like 6ft 270. Had a 3 plate bench. He was natty too.
3 plate bench is pretty weak for 270
