TGR's Cheetos Chraining

My wife wants to take my stepson to Disney this summer (August)... is it not hot as hell there?

I would say in August it would quite warm!

At times, August is unbearable. The humidity makes it miserably hot. It's even worse in Orlando than here because it's further from the coast.

Hopefully you get it. I'm looking forward to this new flavor. Was going to order Stimul8 right before I start lifting again. Assuming no more unforeseen expenses come up. Again.
 
Went to red-box and got Pain & Gain. Probably one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen.

It's ok, my wife made carrot cake fudge, if you like carrot cake you would love this! I had a couple too many pieces. Damn my diet was sh!t today. I guess you'll have those days
 
It was, I have a big glass pan in my fridge full of it. Thank god she's taking it to work on Monday

I love carrot cake! That's what I try to do to. Send it off for someone else to get fat on.

Fortunately for me it's not much pudding. And, I'm not much of a pudding fan.

Oh man, this stuff is pretty dang good. Better than most light Blue Cheeses I've tasted. And usually the low cal stuff is loaded with carbs.

I've a d few of those. Not a blue cheese fan but they make several other versions that are tasty.

I will try their other flavors now. I'm definitely impressed.

I don't llike those kinds of movies that in a sense insult your intelligence. Of course, every once in a while it is nice to watching something where you do have to even think about it...but for the most part naww..

It's past the halfway point though. By Thursday I'll be able to do some stationary bike (yay!) and 10-20% weight, just not to failure.

By the following Thursday I'll be at 50%, depending, and maybe more on SOME muscle groups.

Fewer than two more weeks of slightly-below-boring posts.

Dude it's all good! You know yourself when it is go time you will be on your game.. and in the meantime will keep things in check.

My diet has been sh!t this weekend, the worst it's been in a while. Same here, back on track tomorrow morning
 
If there is no other reason to eat clean, there's always the quality of sleep. I was up every hour.

I wish I'd remember how cruddy I sleep when I eat poorly.

So true. If I have carbs, especially bad carbs too close to bed - there is really no sense going to bed as I just get frustrated. Also, when I do not eat clean the next day I feel like crap, itchy skin, just a general bad mood. I guess that could be attributed to sugar levels.

Now where did I put that box of pop tarts.. errrr.

No exaggeration, everything is yellow and green. The wind has been horrible too, just blowing it everywhere. Hopefully we'll get some rain soon to knock it all down.

Tomorrow morning is the 3/4 mark (almost). I initially thought that I'd start stationary biking on Friday, but I think I'll put that off at least until Monday.

I'm not going to add up my calories today. Let's just say it's high. Have a little bit of wound up irritation that caught up to me from not lifting. Stuff I've been dealing with for months but have had an outlet in gym.

This time though, I ate junk. Even some fast food.

Tomorrow will be another day though.

Good news is , a week from tomorrow morning I should be in a full force deload-mode.

Bad news is, I will have to call the doc Monday and tell them the blood never went down in my first eye. That may be from a continuous blood leak. I don't know what the remedy would be, but hopefully it's in a pill or a small injection so I don't have to sit out a couple more weeks.

I'll keep my sleeper-log updated anyway.

Was a bloated 191 this morning. No BM in two days. Not enough goo fibers, I suppose.

Calories are on track for 1923 if I max out my dinner.

I'm thinking that no matter what Monday is my day to return to the gym. Even if lifts can't start over 30#, I can start some cardio. I figure too that the limit the doctor sets is a "safe for anyone and everyone" limit, so BW squats and bar presses should be fine for me. Most cataract recipients are >60yo, and probably not all that healthy.

Up at 0400, in by 5 for 45-50 min of whatever feels right. Il increase that Thursday if I feel up to it and start by 0330 again.

Yeah buddy! Gonna feel good to get under a bar again, even if it's only the bar - at a certain point, it starts to feel like a place you just belong. Excited for you my man.

Just ordered a tub of the new Stimul8 Tropical Storm. I haven't tasted the samples yet, but I know Finflex will come through. I tried to order Max Pump, but couldn't find it where I found the STS. That sucks, last time I saw it there it was at $9.

But, I snatched a couple of other awesome things and I'll post them as I use them.

I was going to post my upcoming dietary plans, but it's still a work in progress. Instead, here's something stupid I did the day of my last surgery.

I had my wife take me to the restaurant supply store to get another gallon of hot sauce and FF ranch, and whatever veggies were on sale.

I saw a case of muscle milk and read it as .50¢/bottle. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. It wasn't until I got home and read the receipt that I realized they were about 2.50$ each. I was so mad.

Anyway, having one of them now. No more shopping when I can't see.
